telinga kerap berdesing...kenapa nih?... tensen lar..

Salam...

saya ada problem dgn telinga sya... problemnya gini...
telinga saya bersih, tade masalah nanah ker, taik berlebihan ker, atau air masuk atau serangga masuk...
dlm 2 bln yg lalu saya joined audio metric test kt kilang, sebenarnya saya amik kuota orang yg x datang... dan result... tade masalah pendengaran...itu first time dlm hidup buat audio test... tp masalah saya, sejak dari itu, saya rasa, telinga saya asyik berdesing... saya takut... tp saya tak jumpa doctor, sbb saya rasa doctor pun tade jawapan... sbb saya dengar lar org kata, kalu ikut islam kut katanya... mcm ada daun yg tertulis nama org yg mati, jatuh atas daun saya (faham x nih)...  kira kalu hari2 bunyi, satu hari banyak kali bunyi... maknanya, daun saya hari2 ditimpa daun orang... abis lar daun saya... alar... takutnya... pahala belum banyak nih...

tp sebenarnya kenapa.. tolong lar saya ini...

lagi satu... rahang mulut saya rasa ketat lar... kalu bukak lebih2...dia meletup cam berbunyi...ada kaitan tak?... tolong lar sesiapa yang arif yer...

saya pun kena cam tu until now.... sejak ngandung anak no. dua dah kat 4 tahun dah...

How common is tinnitus?

Tinnitus is common and can occur at any age. Most people have an occasional episode of tinnitus after going to a loud concert or disco. For most people, this is temporary and soon goes. As many as 1 in 6 people have persistent tinnitus that is mild and not very troublesome. However, about 1 in 100 people have tinnitus which persists most of the time, and severely affects their quality of life.


What causes tinnitus?

In many cases

In many people with tinnitus, the cause is not known. The ear is otherwise fine. What seems to happen is that signals are sent from the ear down the ear nerve to the hearing part of the brain. The brain interprets these signals as noise. It is not clear why these signals are sent from the ear. The noise may also originate somewhere else in the hearing nerve pathways in the brain.
In some cases

Sometimes the tinnitus is caused by another condition. For example:
Tinnitus often develops at the same time as the hearing loss of older age.
Meniere's disease. In this condition you develop attacks of vertigo (dizziness), hearing loss and tinnitus. It is due to a problem of the cochlea (in the inner ear).
Exposure to very loud noise. Some people develop persistent tinnitus after being subjected to loud noise for a long time. For example, after years of working in a loud factory. Sometimes permanent tinnitus persists after a 'one off' loud noise experience. For example, following a rock concert.
As an uncommon side-effect to some medicines. For example, aspirin and quinine.
Following an ear or head injury.
Some other ear disorders such as otosclerosis.
Some uncommon diseases of blood vessels, brain or nerves can cause tinnitus. In these situations you are likely to have other symptoms or signs such as nerve weakness, etc. However, rarely, tinnitus may be the first symptom to develop.
An ear infection. The tinnitus tends to clear when the infection clears.
Psychological factors may have a role to play. For example, mild tinnitus that is not bothersome may become more bothersome if you become depressed, anxious or stressed.

oo tidak...  takan pasal audiometric test tuh... kalu lar kerana itu aku nyesal gila lar.... sbb p gatal2 test wat pe...

urat telinga tu salah tempat kot...dulu aku kena demam panas..then kawasan kat bahagian telinga tu sakit sangat sebab panas..so untuk menghilangkan nya aku dengan begitu pandainya mengurut la ibu jari kaki bahagian tepin(ikut cara refsiologi apa ntah..) memang hilang sakit tu tapi sakit lain plak yang datang iaitu...telinga aku macam bising la..macam bunyi waktu malam sunyi..kira berdesing la...tapi aku boleh dengar orang suara, tv,radio, kereta lalu lalang tepi jalan tuh cuma kurang selesa bila dengar suara sendiri..macam ada benda tersumbat dalam telinga dan macam udara tersekat dalam telinga.dekat sebulan kot...masa check kat klinik kerajaan memang dia kata ada salah urat telinga..selain dari khazanah taik telinga yang sarat..hehee dia bagi ubat aku tak pakai pon..  pastu aku pon tak perasan camana bleh baik sebab aku rasa aku tidur mengiring kot...terus ok jer..

since ko mention rahang ko ketat, bunyik2 segala... plus ringing in ears, it could also mean ko ader problem dgn jaw alignment ko... yg akan affect tinger...  nama nyer TMJ (temporomandibular joint)... so baik ko jumpa dentist sebelum jumpa ENT...

Ear pain: About 50% of patients with a TMJ disorder notice ear pain but do not have signs of infection. The ear pain is usually described as being in front of or below the ear. Often, patients are treated multiple times for a presumed ear infection, which can often be distinguished from TMJ by an associated hearing loss or ear drainage (which would be expected if there really was an ear infection). Because ear pain occurs so commonly, ear specialists are frequently called on to make the diagnosis of a TMJ disorder.

Sounds: Grinding, crunching, or popping sounds, medically termed crepitus, are common for patients with a TMJ disorder. These sounds may or may not be accompanied by increased pain.

Dizziness: Of patients with a TMJ disorder, 40% report a vague dizziness or imbalance (usually not a spinning type vertigo). The cause of this type of dizziness is not well understood.

Fullness of the ear: About 33% of patients with a TMJ disorder describe muffled, clogged, or full ears. They may notice ear fullness and pain during airplane takeoffs and landings. These symptoms are usually caused by Eustachian tube dysfunction, the structure responsible for the regulation of pressure in the middle ear. It is thought that patients with TMJ disorders have hyperactivity (spasms) of the muscles responsible for regulating the opening and closing of the Eustachian tube.

Ringing in the ear (Tinnitus): For unknown reasons, 33% of patients with a TMJ disorder experience noise or ringing (tinnitus). Of those patients, half will have resolution of their tinnitus after successful treatment of their TMJ.

aku pun saspek jaw aku nih... ketat la.... ada tak sesapa yg ada masalah jaw ketat kat sini

kroit selalu dengar.. yang bestnya, kita lebih peka berbanding orang lain..
contoh kalo televisyen terpasang, kita sorang dengar.. orang lain bukan dengar bunyik halus tuh..
