Guys need ideas here.. ive been using Roxio MyDVD 8 to burn movies to DVDR.. nuff say bout that..
the thing is.. What do you guys and gurls use, the best from ya all perspectives about dvd burner software
that available in market.. dont want to hear bout NERO.. nope.. for me it sucks.. ive tried using Sonic MyDVD LE
yeah it encode more faster than Roxio but.. the quality it none other than what i can say as SUCK..

So guys/gurls.. tell me.. give some comment or any suggestion about this topic ya..

kalau tengok Express Burn ni secara kasar,... memang aku suka sangat.. Mmmg software burn yang aku carik selama ni.. Although dia tak support Winamp Playlist..

hi everyone....i'm sorry but i would recommend using nero to burn all your movie/data needs.

Can be used to copy all original dvds to DVD9/DVD5 provided the security code is bypassed first .

have been using nero to make DVD copies from original DVDs and also for burning HD videos using UDF format onto DVD+R/DL using codecs such as WMV/MPEG2/x264/etc... playable on the pc with the right software players and codecs installed.

Can be used to burn personal handycam/downloaded videos with multichannel audio AC3 or stereo PCM/AC3 support, provided all contents have been created beforehand using 3rd party encoders. Can also create attractive and simple dvd menus

For those not in the know...creating or authoring videos is an easy task but a bit time consuming. Expect to spend at least 10x the playback time to encode/author the video/audio. Of course, there are always new codecs and new info, and there is always a need to spend lots of time and effort to catch up/ to test them out.

For the time being, however, MPEG2 is the most popular as it is widely used for DVDs (and a few SVCDs) playable on the usual DVD players sold in Malaysia. MPEG1 is used for VCD format. A lot of convertors can convert other video formats (such as rmvb/wmv/avi/mov/etc) into MPEG2 which can be burned onto a DVD media and can be played straight away on any dvd rom or dvd player.

If at all possible, try not using the built- in convertor that comes with the burning software as the options in encoding/authoring video/audio becomes limited compared to 3rd party encoders. Use several 3rd party encoders as some are good at encoding diferrent codecs while bad at others.

Maxing out the bit rate using VBR on the video to be encoded gives the best video/audio quality possible.

That's only my opinion, though...

wahh sekali aku installl.......... setengah jam baru abis!!!

walhal aku cuma pilih nero burning rom je..

tadi aku search jumpa pasal nero lite.. nnt aku nak cari..

sebab aku tak puas hati betul.. aku cuma nak burn audio cd.. mcm lahanat je prosedur aku kena lalui.. tak kira lagi baper banyak space dia makan hard disk aku!!

--> kalu nak buat disc image (ISO, CUE/BIN) boleh guna software ni.

Selama ni aku guna NERO pun sebab nak OVERBURN CD which tak byk s/w yg support even ASHAMPOO..

Tp skrg dah menyirap guna NERO ni.. Dahlah aku nak install bukan main susah.. Aku install OS format PC pun tak rasa menyirap mcm nak install NERO..
