Microsoft Word takda option TOOLS

Kenapa aku punya microsoft word tak ada option TOOLS. Yg ada cuma Files, Edit, View, Insert, Format, Table, Window dan Help ? Camne nak atasinya.......susah kalau nak customize icon-ikon tertentu........ |

1) Pergi kat View (Alt V)
2) Cari toolbar (Alt T)
3) Klik standard, formatting dan ikon-ikon yang u nak mcm drawing, word art, task pane dll.....

pastuh bile dah kuar toolbar Lagi senang kat ujung tu ada anak panah ke bwh (toolbar option) KLIK dan pilih 'show button on 2 rows' |
