if tanak keluar duit utk bsukan, try running..
kena ada running shoes yg ok, then dah boleh on dah...
start sket2 dulu, lama2 bila dah ada stamina boleh lari jauh sket...

sape2 yang rumah dekat putrajaya tu bolela running/cycling waktu malam kat sana..
meriah malam org bsukan..ye la, mb diorg tk sempat nak bsukan petang sbb balik keja lambat..

salam perkenalan sume, sy budak baru ...

sy selalu berlari tiap2 hari. 5km setiap hari kecuali selasa sy main bola padang. setakat ni masih kekalkan lg walaupun sibuk skit kerja..

selalu lari kt taman tasik perdana n main bola kt padang merbuk KL....
tp, dok putrajaya presint 14...

salam...dah vote dah...selang 2 atau 3 hari...selalu kuar peluh main pingpongla...bola tampar kena ada geng...tp tang lari tu...huhuhuh...kalo ade kawan partner sorang semangat sikit...kalo tak sambil lari dengar lagu je la...

Aku lak hampir setiap hari la workout. (kengkadang gi jogging) Sabtu ahad off pasal gi jalan2. hehe.

Dulu .. hampir setiap minggu pi berenang... lepas tu busan lak....

Then since 2008, dah start jogging... boleh dikatakan setiap hari ar pi jogging... kalo setakat hujan grimis jer, akan tetap diredah ...

Tapi once in blue moon tue, akan pi berenang gak ar

    ok la tu.. kekadang kita nk ubah angin gak kan. mcm aku, mmg suka swimming, tp kekadang sampai satu tahap aku malas gile g swim.

pastu ari tu cuba sukan lain. muay thai, sebulan gak la aku join, not bad. skrg ni stop sekejap sebab masalah jadual.

ari tu rajin lak nk berjoging..

tu ar... satakat nie... memang steady ar schedule jogging setiap hari...

kalo lepas kerja, balik umah.. teruih tukar baju dan berjogging selama sejam kat tasik kat sect 7 sh alm (biasa balik before maghrib dan akan buat at least 3 round kat tasik ... ~ 4.5KM). Kalo weekend... akan try buat 5- 6 rounds ... ~7.5-9KM

selepas berjogging... terasa badan lebih cergas dan cerdas... berpeluh pun terasa sangat...

time berenang dulu... lepas buat a few laps, memang badan rasa panas tapi tak rasa berpeluh sesangat sebab badan dah basah ngan air kolam

swim kalu beberapa lap buat ok la kot. kalu badan rasa panas tu ok la tu. tp kalu dah naik, pas mandi, tp badan still panas n berpeluh2 tu maknanya sangat ok..

suka tennis & swim.. tennis men 2 times per week.. swim kalau rajin sbb xpandai sgt pon..hehe..
