ATTENTION: Postings regarding fansubs and scanlations

Dear forum members,

Please take note that posting copyrighted materials, including comic scans and cartoon movies is not encouraged to avoid any possible copyright infringements, as stated in the forum rules. However, in this board, I give exceptions to fansubs and scanlations, assuming that all of you will support the Malaysian version of the anime or manga when they are available. Therefore, please take note that you may download the scanlations and/or fansubs at your own risk, as you may be on the grey zone of the copyright laws.

As a moderator in this board, I advise all of you to discard your scanlation/manga collections if the Malaysian versions are available either on TV broadcasts or original DVD/VCD. However, I assume that most of you will surely keep your collections if you are not satisfied with the quality of the authentic Malaysian versions of manga/anime.

Please support the anime/manga industry...!!!

Sila ambil perhatian bahawa menghantar bahan-bahan berhakcipta, termasuklah imbasan komik ataupun video kartun adalah tidak digalakkan untuk mengelakkan pencabulan hakcipta, sebagaimana yang tertakluk dalam peraturan forum. Walau bagaimanapun, di dalam board ini, saya memberi pengecualian kepada fansub dan scanlation, dengan anggapan bahawa anda semua akan menyokong versi Malaysia bagi anime atau manga tersebut apabila sudah boleh didapati. Oleh itu, sila ambil perhatian bahawa anda memuat turun scanlation dan/atau fansub di bawah tanggungan sendiri, memandangkan anda mungkin berada di dalam zon kelabu bagi undang-undang hak cipta.

Sebagai moderator bagi board ini, saya ingin menasihatkan anda semua supaya menghapuskan koleksi scanlation/manga anda sekiranya versi Malaysia sudah boleh didapati sama ada melalui siaran TV ataupun DVD/VCD tulen. Walau bagaimanapun, saya menganggap kebanyakan daripada anda semua tentunya akan terus menyimpan koleksi anda sekiranya anda tidak berpuas hati dengan kualiti versi Malaysia yang tulen bagi manga/anime tersebut.

Rule of The Media Files Link "Please Read"


Dear All Forumers,

Recently there are many questions regarding the music and movie
link in this forum.

The following are the few impotents notes, that we would like to
announce to all forumers to ensure that none of the forumers will
be liable for the infringement of the copyright of those music or
video owners.


1) We do not allow any download or upload of music or movie files
     in this forum. No music, movie or other media files are allows to
     upload or download in this forum or any of CARI servers.


2) It is our responsibility to ensure this forum do not infringe anyone
     copyright. However, music, movie and any other media files that
     are reside or host in other servers on the internet, are beyond
     our responsibility.


3) Due to the volume of posting on this forum. We can not monitor this
    forum on the hourly or even daily basis. It is impossible for CARI to
    stop any posting of music and movie links in this forum, However we
    will take actions to remove the links and other illegal media files
    sharing info when we received complaints from anyone or any
    party involved.


4) Any links in this forum to any media files in other servers are not
    encouraged. We strongly advise all forumers to avoid posting such
    links because you may be responsible for infringing others people
    copyright. If you see any infringements of copyright by the forumers,
    please inform us immediately. We will remove those links upon receiving
    of those complaints.
