FYI, I m very soft spoken kind of guy ...
And I am working as front liner as well...

Soft spoken ..soft spoken pun, there is a tolerance... and for me, TM punya front liner should be re-trained on how to handle consumer's complaint... Once complainant informed them the complaint reference number, by right they should know the current status of the investigation ... not to ask the complainant to keep repeating the same story again... and again... and pass the complainant's call from one person to another person...   ... at the end, complainant akan menjadi marah :@ dan mual

byk rules dan procedure sedia ada kena ubah utk senangkan customer...dan 1 lagi kat TM point tu kalau boleh jgn la lama2 sgt biar cust tunggu...tensen tauuuuu

Yes dear... I agreed with you....
Kalo frontliner dah sarcastic, jangan ler mare kalo complainant melahar those frontliners kaw kaw yaaa...
Even kalo frontliner layan baik punya pon, complainant akan tetap melaha gak ... sebab nak lepas geram dan marah...
But the most importantly, kalo services dah suck... frontliners pun suck gak... ending lalu menjadi DOUBLE SUCKER...
When it comes to this situation, lagi ar complainant PISS OFF khennnnn...
So complainant will bring the issue up to the top management dan screw the top management kaw kaw...
EVENTUALLY, top management akan melaha lak frontliner yang sarcastic tue pulok....
SEBAB APA....
Sebab management punya principle 'CONSUMER ALWAYS RIGHT' ... khennnnnnnnnnnn

p/s kalo dah tau process or procedure tu yang menyebabkan masalah ni timbul, then someone from operation side must bing up this issue to top management... Kalo you all diam jer, keje ikut arahan tanpa ada idea to improve the process/procedure... of coz you all will suffer. Macam kat tempat keje ai sekarang... statement popular biler ada conflict inter department 'for the rest of your life ler you work in PAIN... if you still work in this company     '

alhamdulillah..

tp sy bengang betul.. sy yg staf cuba try komplen kt diorg.. takda plak diorg amik tindakan segera mcm komplen2 sebelum ni..

walhal komplen sy simple je.. suruh tinggikan kabel telefon dr tiang ke tiang yg kt depan rumah tu..

tp rasanya skrg dah kot..

aku penah sekali gi TM..bahagian yg byk kotak2...org tm cakap kalau cucuk tipon jerk..bleh dgr org cakap..situ aku tgk ramai vendor TM...

sekali tuh pagi2 dierorg ada meeting ke apa..ramaii..pastu dah selesai...vendor2 tm nie call sana sini..ayat..perghhhh....tunggang terbalik..kasar..bersepah....pastu dierorg kalau call cakap "TM sini...." hehehe...padahal dierorg vendor jerk...

aku rasa TM die tak synchronize kan sales (tm point) dengan teknikal. tuh pasal customer selalu hangin.

pengalaman aku call 100..setakat nie ok..sekali tipon takde bunyi langsung...1,2hari settle..tapi sedara mara aku cakap susah giller dapat call 100.

nak syer story..

tadi ge tm ingat nak potong line fone&streamyx coz dah lama tak digunakan..
rasanya dlm sebulan tu online pun dlm 3@4jam jek...
telefon pun tak pakai coz semua dah guna handfone kan...

sebelum ne memang ader col tuk comfirmkan mcmana nak terminate dan ader contract tak,
pegawai yg jawab tu cakap takder contract dan boley terminate bila-bila masa jek..

so oklah, disebabkan ader free time tadi, ujan2 pun aku redah ge branch tm...
elok jek no. dipanggil aku cakap lah nak terminate...
pastu pegawai tu boleh cakap pulak tak boleh sebab aku punya acct dah di-upgradkan
dan ader contract 2 thn. bayaran di-upgradkan cuma rm5 jek..
so aku balaslah balik masa bila pulak aku nak up-grad?:re:
dia kata melalui fone, bila aku tanya black & white, dia kata memang takder black&white..
so macammana aku nak percaya yg aku setuju nak tukar plan ney???

pastu dia pujuk aku jgn terminate coz kena penalty rm350.00..
dia boley siap ofer pulak plan yg aku guna skrg ne teruskan jelah dgn bayaran rm38.00..

pd aku bukan masalah bayaran, tapi dah memang tepon kt umah ne
tak digunakan langsung malah siap cabut wayar dan tepon tu simpan kt tempat
lain coz anak aku rajin sgt buat main!!
internet pun aku banyak guna kt opis dan kt umah guna berukband sambil baring2 kt katil!

so persoalan aku skrg,
macammana aku nak bukti yg memang aku ader setuju nak melanggan
plan yg diofer tu sedangkan aku menang tak ingat langsung apa-apa?

aku dah cakap bulan2 bil dtg tetap sama bayaran dia,
pastu dia boleh jawab, aku setuju bulan 4, dan 4 bulan dia kasi free dgn bayaran
yg sama. bulan depan baru bayaran rm5 tu dia caj..:@

soalannya macammana aku nak tahu yg setuju cakap melalui fone tu aku???
dah 5 bulan beb berlalu.. aku rasa memang takder pun pihak telekom col ckp apa-apa!!!!
