Jgn mkn makanan berlemak dan bergoreng. Amalkan mkn Roti Hi-Fiber atau BreakThru. Amalkan makan Almonds. Makan kerap every 3hours (light snack). Minum Green Tea (tanpa gula 2x sehari) Buat Cardio (lari atas treadill dlm 1-2km), angkat berat, sit up 50 - 100x. Amalkan senaman ini 3 x seminggu tanpa miss..anda akan rasa perubahannya

aku sit up 30kali, siang 1 set n malam 1 set, cukup sebulan, naek 6pax sikit ja. x bebaloi lgsg. hehe

makan tahun beb nak dapat 6 pack ni kalau tak join gym main equipments ... aku tak join gym, cuma jogging, buat bench pressing dan pilates sket ... ada la shape 2.5 packs ni.
bagi aku pilates ni ok jugak nak buat packs ... cuba check dvd pilates kat kedai ... start dari beginner level, cuba master ... hafal techniques supaya boleh practise selalu tanpa tengok dvd ... then move to intermediate level.
ni ada cara cikai untuk exercise perut ... pi ambil towel, gulung-gulung ... ambik position baring atas lantai ...pegang towel kiri kanan then regangkan kat tapak kaki ... angkat turun kaki-kaki tu dengan towel buat 100 kali (equivalent to satu set beginner level) ... then rehat 5 minit ... then buat dua set lagi ... buat tiga kali seminggu ... ni salah satu teknik pilates yang aku improvise. kena campur teknik lain lagi yang korang pernah tau.

jaga makan + bersenam.
jaga intake minyak x baik, control calori intake. kurangkan at least 10% daripada keperluan.
senaman, rajinkan cardio n resistance training. utk perut buat plank

    Green tea utk help burn fat dan juga antioksida yg baik. Aku pun mula2 x minum pun Green Tea ni lama2 jadi amalan dah..Insyallah boleh awet muda lagi

Susu Low Fat tu boleh minum time mlm sebelum tido dan awal pagi jika tak ambil Protein Shake..
