senang jer kerja content moderator ni.. sbb tu ramai org berebot2 nak kerja as content moderator and normally company like bytedance for this position starting base pay is around rm4k.. kalo saper2 yg reti foreign language like korean or japanese lagi tinggi base pay around 6-7k.. tu base pay, x campor shift and other kpi allowance lagi.. so sape2 yg ada anak fresh graduate nak base pay teros 4k boleh la apply. most well-establish international companies yg ada kat malaysia punyer office mmg facilities tip top.. dorg nak cipta ala2 fun environment la untuk staff rase best pergi ke tempat kerja.. and mmg office kat home country company2 tu pown camtu... biasa pantry mesti ada nespresso machine jenis yg mcm vending machine pastu ada yg free.. then ada facilities cam osim/ogawa punyer massage chair.. some companies siap ada sleeping room uolls... pastu ada snooker/pool table, etc

Yup true indeed...tp utk TT ni kan, since dh layoff reramai n job function dah diganti dgn AI, adakah lps ni kampeni akan downsizing gak size rented office space? Sbb dah x ramai staf, so nak reduce space utk facilities tu sume?
