ciksiti.....why not ko try menu cam leedlydia nie....mana tau leh turun cepat....ikan goreng kan high calories....try lah yg rebus2...my fren yg follow atkins diet nie ada wat exercise....ko pun exercise lah jugak....tak dpt buat yg susah2....jalan2 pun dah ok....janji exercise....

    Thanks leedlady..2 la..aku pun rasa cam ade sumthing wrong dgn diet aku ni...pas ni try ikut menu ko pulak la...btw, aku nak tanye ko makan multivitamin brand ape?

    a'ah la midori..aku tengok balik menu aku banyak yg goreng jek..mulai ari ni aku nak try rebus and bakar la pulak..kot2 menjadi...a'ah..pas timbang berat semalam aku ingat malam kang nak berjogging..pray for me k...=)

lagi satu aku tgk menu ko nie byk masak lemak....masak guna santan...santan kan berlemak....better ko amik lauk2 yg tak guna santan...cam sambal ker....ikan goreng ko tukar jd ikan bakar or rebus...pastu kurangkan amik daging....amik ayam better...

nie pendapat aku yg tak berapa pandai2 hal2 diet nie....

    a'ah la midori..aku pun perasan asyik masak lemak je..sbb kedai belakang opis aku asyik masak lauk ni je..haha..ok ok...aku ingat pas ni aku prepare sendiri la senang kan..skrg aku ngah runsing ape nak makan tengah hari kang sbb lunch aku jarang balik...esok aku update menu baru pulak...n yg pasti mesti membosankan...haha

    KFC xleh makan selalu midori..muak..ok x..kalo aku makan..sup ayam dengan telur dadar?ke sup sayur..kalo sup sayur nak makan dengan ape..sebab ade satu kedai goreng2 kat opis aku nih...ala-ala thai..kalo tomyam ke..ok tak ko rase?

aku mkn multivitamin amway.. tp kat farmasi tu byk je jenis multivitamin lain. multivitamin ni ptg utk keperluan micronurtien badan so badan kita xdelah lemah sgt masa diet.

tahu telor tu byk carbo tau.. a big no no.. kalau nk makan tahu biasa tu ok. ko ni masih dlm induction phase ker? kalau induction phase kena make sure carbo setiap hari tak lebih dari 20 gram

    Elok ke ambik multivitamin..cam aku ni xde rase letih lagi..walopun berkali-kali try..kalo xambik xpe x?a'ah..aku ngah induction..sbb berat aku turun sikit je..aku decide nk makan rebus n bakar je...xberani nak makan yg bergoreng....huhu

ler...takleh ke aku kasi ko semangat? kalu kita ada byk kg nak turun, biasanyer penurunan agak laju dari org yg ada skit kg jer nak diturunkan....

beratku bole kata statik dari Sep tahun lepas....pi-mai pi mai tang tu...boring lah....

ala tak rock lah nak kecik2 hati nie......turunkan berat badan to ideal weight kan bagus tuk kesihatan...bukan senang ooo nak turunkan berat....kalu ada org nak turun berat, kita kasilah semangat...coz it's a good thing....good for them...

kawan ku pun tgh diet nak turunkan berat....dia 92kg....dia cuma kurangkan kalori jer lah....kalu dulu slalu bfast, mee goreng + teh tarik, now bfast sandwich + fruits....
