rasanya kl dkt2 area putrajaya xde harga tu...apartment pun dh hampir cecah 200k...
tp kl jauh skit ke semenyih mgkn ada teres setgkt ke....cuba search iproperty tgk...setau sy kt bdr tasik kesuma byk umah nk dijual...

    Raha...sy pun org kedah hehe...suami keja kt cyberjaya...skrg duk pjaya...tp dalam sbln dua lagi bakal pindah ke bdr tasik kesuma la...suami beli kt sana..masih dlm lingkungan 200++ blh dpt umah 2tgkt..teres...

ada sy tnampak iklan kt iproperty tu ada umah nk jual kt bdr rinching semenyih dlm rm150k...
kl dr putrajaya semenyih ni dlm 40minit la...sbb kan jem kt pekan semenyih tu ja...kl x jem dlm 30min smpi coz ikut hiway...cuma pekan semenyih tu jem jln kecik kan...

antara kawasan dekat putrajaya ialah putra perdana, seri kembangan, dengkil.....bajet 150k mugkin utk apartmt, kalau teres payah la kecuali lelong..

sebelum beli rumah putra perdana kena double check dulu dgn bank bimbang bank tak kasi loan  sbb kawasan berisiko
