im in delema, i di offer in one of the bank but under assurane bisness at pj, now im at one of glc isp di mana opis sy skrg tgh ada krisis untuk peralihan cam new take over semua la. i dah ade kat sana dah 9 thn, n my salary belum pun cecah 3k. and all of us dah 4tahun takde bonus takde kenaikan gaji. frust gak la. tp i tak nafi kan glc ni benefit die mmg superb with medical coverage family up to 50k. out patient 4k bagai.apa yg biat ramai org bla frm the campony rase nya security n salary wise. so now i dpt offer lain yg gaji extra 600 lebih but lesser benefit la cam medical much2 lower n leser tp ade la gak. so sekarang i dah tak tau should i go or stay? sgt2 in dilema. my hubby works in gov sector

i dont use it till the maximum pun..tp ade la gak guna time anak admit hospital ker...the one yg offers ni ade benefit tu tp much2 lower la..
i have tendered my resignation tadi...and all of them were shocked till the max...

it was a wise decision... kalo nak sesuatu yang baru kene la berhijrah... rezeki xkan dtg bergolek kepada kita.. pintu rezeki terbuka luas depan mata kita.. yg perlu usaha yang lebih.. nanti2 jumpe yng fit degn diri sendiri... |
