running, badminton and pingpong...futsal dah kene kurangkan main pasal penah injured kat buku lali....serik dah...tp paling best runnig la pasal xde kuarkan duit langsung... gym minat tp kene selalu menten pegi...leceh...

dulu aktif main bolasepak, bola tampar dan pingpong. Tapi sekali tu saya terkena muscle sprain on my back..so stop main bola. Bila stop main bola...asyik makan...tido...then jenjalan dgn anak bini..berat badan jadi naik. So after 7 tahun tak aktif...dari berat badan 83kg from year 2005...tup tup jadi 100kg until last november 2011.

Then start masuk gym...tapi training sendiri..based on program donlod dari internet. Now berat dah turun n maintain @ 85kg.

tak semestinya kena hidup kat gym nak bagi body fit. At least ko wat tekan tubi, pull up, planks, leg raises dan pelbagai senaman yg just gunakan your own bodyweight sebagai resistance. Ianya bagus untuk bina basic body line. Then beli la satu set dumbell pelbagai berat untuk pump kan lagi muscle2 tertentu macam biceps, triceps dan pectorals (chest). Aku pun jarang sangat pi gym skang sebab bz..kalau pi pun setakat nak guna threadmill...tu pun setiap kali workout session baik kat gym or di rumah... just spend sejam je utk eksesais...tapi intensive punya training ar...dan setiap hari. Mmg takde masa la nak ke gym..just buat dlm bilik je....tapi effectnya sebagus masuk gym...tapi menjadi hanya dengan proper healthy diet...dan eksesais cara yg betul...serta rehat yg cukup....oh yaa..serta sedikit supplements.

saya amalkan bersenam dan jogging setiap hari sabtu dan ahad.....seminggu 2 kali pun dh cukup.........

kalau baru start tu jangan buat yg heavy2. buat simple2 sudah. kalau saya, saya hanya joging dan pergi gym saja. dan kat rumah ada dumbell ngan chest expander utk senaman kalau tak sempat pgi gym.

aktiviti bersenam saya ialah main bolasepak, golf, berenang dan buat cinta atas katil.

sy main futsal je..tp sejak isteri sy xsihat ni, sy da tinggal sume tu..tp klu ad mse, sy main dumbell je kt rumah..

aku cycling..
tiap2 minggu aku naik mountain bike, msuk offroad or naik bukit..
satu kepuasan yang tidak terhingga rasanya...

sekarang aku addicted bermain futsal dan street soccer.main bola sepak padang pun suka gak cuma stamina takde ar. dulu2 selalu gak main takraw ngn volley ball cuma dah tak jumpa geng tu yang dah lame tak main tu. one more thing aku sangat minat martial arts. dari kecik dah minat. cuma sekarang sebab sibuk so dah lama giler tinggalkan dunia martial arts. kalau ikutkan hati nak je join competition mma tapi apekan daya badan dah tak fit lagi dah.

yeah, i'm gym junkie. weekend mmg dihabiskan masa di fitness first gym avenue K. balik kerja atau before g keje, kdg2 akan workout dulu. no social life. hanya Gym dan office saja but im love it
