Hey guys, we are from XCLUSIVE FITNESZ located in Seksyen 13 Shah Alam (Inside the Football Stadium). Would like to share some informationabout our training camp in terms of what we offer and how it can benefit youall.First and foremost, we are the biggest & largest fully equipped trainingcamp in Shah Alam and Klang Valley. We are NOT your regular ordinary

gym. We caters to everybody who love fitness and lovetraining. We are a high performance based training center.

We operates early in the morning from 7AM-11PMEVERYDAY except Sunday-10AM - 10PM.

So here's what you'll find in our camp. We have 2 fullyequipped weight training area. One is indoor and the other is outdoor. All ofour equipments are made in the U.S. Some of the machines you'll see hereconsist of Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Champion etc. We have High Gradecommercial treadmills manufactured in Spain, Crosstrainers, stationary bikesand  a full set of dumbbells weighs up to80kg each. Most of our machines are plate loaded machines, as we prefer thembecause it's the best to train for strength and explosive. However, we do haveresistance strength machines as well. Our space capacity for the gym area canfit comfortably approximately 120 members on the floor at the same time noproblem. So you won’t feel suffocated and too crowded over here. Our open airconcept is perfect for the air circulation and ventilation as well.

Next up, you'll find a huge studio room at a 3000sqft in area. We have classes such as yoga, aerobics, active stretch,danceetc. All of these classes are being conducted here in the studio. We have allthe equipments needed from stretching machines, to medicine balls, trampolines,jump ropes, weighted wrist and ankle band etc. Moving forward onto the nextwing, you see a one-of-a kind Fight Zone area. This place is the most happeningplace in the gym. Mainly because of it's concept, being really rough andarmy-like. We have punching bags, muay thai bags, heavy bangs, conditioningbags etc. we have in total of 20 heavy duty bags- all pure leather fromFAIRTEX, the best Muay thai and boxing bag in the world. This area is outdooras well and its pretty big. Although we dont have a cage or ring yet, we do havea open mat area for boxing/grappling/training purposes. We offer Muay Thai,Boxing, Bootcamp and MMA conditioning classes here. Our bootcamparea is outdoor as well and we have tractor's tyre, conditioning rope and allthe crossfit equipments.

When you walk in here, we treat you with respect and expectthe same from you. We take you as a world class athletes. don't matter whereyou stand currently in terms of your fitness level. All of our staff areproperly certified and experience. We have trainers on floor at all time toassist those who needed some assistance. We also have a team of trainers whoshare training program of the day on a daily basis on our FB fanpage.

Some of our facilities also includes large,clean, andcomfortable locker rooms with showers and toilet as well as surau for themuslims, free UNIFI access

, and also free unlimited secured parking spotsso you don't have to look for parking.

Our training camp has been around for 3 years now and wehave train people from all walks of life including movie stars, models, internationalathletes, politicians, and regular folks like you and me. We are undergroundand every square inch of our facilities is dedicated to get you to where you wantto be. To achieve your goal. No frills, no gimmicks.
