• Able to cook all the dishes (western & Asian fusion) on the menu time
• Make sure all Kitchen equipment is fully cleaned and safe to be used
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures while handling food & beverages in Kitchen
• Manage, reduce & maintain food cost below agreed level with minimum wastage
• Stock Purchase & manage inventory
• Manage kitchen staff

Skills & experience:
• Min 2 years works experience in the F&B industry & 1 year management experience..
• Candidate must be presentable, good in customer service and have outgoing personality.
• Food costing management
• Inventory management - purchasing & stock keeping
• Cooking - Western & Asian fusion food (2-3 years)


Salary: Negotiable
