Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries via customer support ticketing system.
  • Provide customer support in terms of account verification, redemption and other transactional matters.
  • Observant and able to pick up problem trends.
  • Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly.
  • Working Hours 9:00am – 6:00pm (Monday till Friday)


Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service industry or call centre.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer and internet literate.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
