Role: 1) Answers all incoming telephone calls in a polite, businesslike manner.
2) Demonstrates a good understanding of customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing problems/requests, ensuring the customer knows who will do what and by when.
3) Establishes positive relationship with customers by listening to them and being responsive to their needs.
Remuneration: RM 2000-RM 3000 (basic) + upto RM 1250 (monthly incentive) + Mansarin allowance (RM200) * If candidate can speak in mandarin + shift allowance (RM300) *If candidate is on shift hour + OT (RM 18-RM25 per hour)
