[Juadah/Kuih] RESEPI TAPAI RAYA

Bahan bahan:
  • 1kg beras pulut susu
  • 1/2 bji ragi
  • 1/2 sudu gula
  • 1 cawan air masak
  • bekas plastik secukupnya

Cara cara:
  • Beras direndam semalaman kemudian kukus sampai masak.
  • Dah masak, angkat, ratakan dan renjiskan air pada pulut tersebut. Sejukkan.
  • Tabur ragi dan gula di atas pulut. Gaul rata.
  • Masukkan dalam bekas plastik dan simpan dalam bekas tertutup selama 3 hari.
  • Siap. Bolehlah dicuba untuk raya nanti.

Dulu org kata yg buat tapai xleh dlm keadaan tgh period.. nnti jd kaler merah..
