SUBANG JAYA: A student has been living in torment the past month after her step-uncle allegedly raped her in his flat at Sau  jana Puchong.

District police chief Asst Comm Yahaya Ramli said the 19-year-old student was carpooling with the man and they were travelling from Kedah to Kuala Lumpur on July 21.

She fell asleep in the car at about 3am and “woke up to find her step-uncle fondling her chest and thighs,” said ACP Yahaya.

“She scolded the man and then went back to sleep,” he said.

  


The man drove to his flat and forced the student to follow him into a second-floor unit.

“He shoved her onto his bed and forced himself on her. He cupped his hand over her mouth to stop her from screaming,” said ACP Yahaya.

He said the man sent the student back to her house in Kam pung Bersatu in Puchong.

“The victim was alarmed by her vaginal discharge after the assault and confided in two of her friends.

“She took a pregnancy test, which came back negative,” he said.

Unfortunately for the student, that was not the end of the horror, said ACP Yahaya.

He said the step-uncle sent her a message through WhatsApp on July 28, asking for RM500 to repair his car.

“She refused and blocked him on WhatsApp,” said ACP Yahaya.

Then on Thursday evening, the student was confronted by her mother who had seen the WhatsApp messages.

“She eventually told her mother and stepfather what had happened and her stepfather got very angry,” ACP Yahaya said.

The stepfather brought the step-uncle to his home that night.

ACP Yahaya said the suspect con  fessed and tried to run but was stopped by the stepfather who gave him a beating.

Police are investigating the girl’s claim.

“The step-uncle lodged a police report against the stepfather over the assault,” said ACP Yahaya.

Spesis tak tahu malu...dah lah merogol lagi nak minta kos repair kereta, lagi berani nak report polis sebab dipukul oleh ayah tiri mangsa.

Patut masa dapat tangkap belasah je pakcik tu sampai patah riuk. Sesuka rogol anak orang then fefeeling teraniaya.

well,pakcik tu konfiden dia takkan disabitkan bersalah kot.
Kt Malaysia kan selalu mangsa rogol/wanita dipersalahkan. Sendiri gatal cari pasal etc
Or kes rogol anak dulu,pakai jari je.
