DIY: Bebola Daging 'Homemade'

Anda merupakan peminat bebola daging? Rasanya yang 'juicy' pasti membuatkan anda berasa lapar bila terkenangkannya.



Sebenarnya, penyediaan bebola daging tidaklah terlalu sukar, hanya dengan beberapa bahan ringkas.



Hasilnya nanti anda boleh makan bersama spagetti atau pun hidang bersama salad serta kentang putar. Lazatnya!

Bahan-bahan:

Daging atau ayam cincang

Daun Rosemary

Serbuk roti

Oregano kering

1 biji telur

garam

lada hitam

Minyak zaitun

Kalau hendak meatballs anda moist...serbuk roti itu anda ganti dengan 2 keping roti putih yang telah di rendam dengan susu...lepas roti itu menyerap susu tersebut, anda carik2kan dan gaul bersama ingredients yang lain...sekian

Terlupa hendak share...kalau hendak meatballs lg sedap, tambah tomato sauce, cili sauce, kicap dan oyster sauce tak lupa serbuk pasley dan oregano...cubalah kalau tak percaya

nak tanye soalan yg agak bodoh....

biasa kalau guna daging cincang frozen mcm.brand ramly, korang basuh dulu tak sebelum guna. atau terus masak jer.

Nak lagi sedap sumbatkan mozarella yang dipotong dadu dalam daging tu. Jadilah meatball cheese.. yummss..

i xpnah beli daging cincang..ragu2 ngan kualiti & kebersihan nyer....better beli daging & minch sendri...lg yakin.....
