Job Descriptions:
- Handling inbound calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries raised by customers.
- Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
- Fresh Graduates Degree / Diploma are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant interactive personality with good customer service skills.
- MUST be able to work on 24/7 rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Professional job training will be provided for successful candidates.
