Although The Avengers have already begun to assemble on the set of 'Age of Ultron', actress Lindsay Lohan admits she wishes she was amongst them. After the success of Marvel's 'Avengers' and the recent 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier', it's easy to see why anyone and everyone would want to be a part of Marvel's big plans. But while some actors might send subtle hints to casting directors and producers, Linday Lohan has admitted on her new reality TV show, that she was interested in a role in 'Avengers: Age of Ulron'… even though her agent was apparently unable to land her an interview. During an episode of her new reality TV show 'Lindsay' (via comicbook.com), the 27-year-old actress began ranting about how her manager and agent just weren't doing enough to get her faltering career back on track… and that included a missed opportunity in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'. Speaking to her life coach, Lohan explained: "Like, with 'The Avengers,' Evan [Hainey, her manager] just sent me a text where he's like - this was yesterday, or the day before - and he goes 'They're going with an unknown for The Avengers.'" Although Lohan never mentions which role she was interested in, it seems that the timing of the episode (and series itself) would place it during the casting of 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'. Of course, the only major female role that's recently been added to the cast is the Scarlet Witch… and this could mean that Lohan was interested in joining the Marvel universe in a rather interesting new role.
