mutia, blh bagi suggestion menu2 kalau berpuasa...

akak tgh posa skang ni, masa sahur makan kurma 3 biji & air masak je tapi masa berbuka tu alahai....macam2 rasa nak makan

Clean eating nie TANPA bahan yg dibuat oleh manusia seperti MSG, preservative, pewarna, perisa yg dibenatkan (we have no idea apa jer di dalamnya)

Clean eating TANPA refined sugar seperti gula pasir, brown sugar, sucrosa, dll

Clean eating TANPA processes and refined food seperti burger, piza, sosis, white bread, pasta, dll

my breakfast selalu ada fruit sebagai penutup

bfast strip n eggs with honey oat bread. sauce selalunya sweet onion. i think its around 300 cal

Kalau mutia punya pilihan

option 1

toast ngan tuna dimana telur rebus dipotong kecil2 + 3 kurma atau banana ... Air green tea dan air masak.

Option 2

toast + tomato di hiris nipis2 + scramble egg + smoke salmon + 3 kurma atau any fruit yg available ... Air always the same

option 3

daun salad + ayam dari waktu berbuka puasa di cabis kecil2 + quinoa + 3 kurma ... Air sama

mutia prepare the food semalam sebelumnya ...jadi time nak berbuka just susun jer

mutia akan ambil multivitamin supplement serta fish oil time sahur

sewaktu berbuka mutia makan seperti my dinner menu seperti biasa (must be clean)

Ambil supplement calcium sebelum tidur.

exercise pun buat pada malam hari

time berbuka nie ler my maraton of drinking water begin .. At least 8 gelas sebelum tidur
