Try to eat Superfood (at least 1 type, jika lebih then better) in your daily meal or in your smoothie

Make sure you eat every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going throughout the day. If you do not eat, your body will go into starvation mode & will store fat.

When wanting to nibble, ask yourself this: Am I really hungry? Sometimes we confuse hunger with dehydration, and water is actually what our body is craving. And best of all, it’s calorie free.

NEVER OVER EAT. If you are full then stop. Remember it takes 20 minutes for our body to digest the food we just ate so eat slowly. This way you will recognise when you are full and avoid over eating to the point that you can’t move or make yourself sick. However, you need to ensure you never get to the point that your body begins to think that you are starving. Because, it is at this point that you are more inclined to overcompensate & binge.

Keep portion sizes reasonable (not too big, not too small) and remember meat servings should be the size of the palm of your hand. Cut off the fatty bits if you can, you do not need any excess fat

NEVER, EVER, EVER SKIP A MEAL

sebab sensitive pada hi-temperature.. nanti bole jadi karsenogenik
agent yg boleh cause to cancer

Extra virgin olive oil dimakan mentah .... biasanya untuk salad dressing

Yg mutia guna untuk masak adalah extra virgin coconut oil dan olive oil. Its different oil

Yup kalau time cuti boleh lah makan buah or smoothie. Kalau ada class i just eat something that low in calorie just tak nak bagi lapar. Kadang i banyak minum air so tak delah cepat lapar

simple sugar JANGAN makan ...contoh simple sugar ini seperti biskut, chocolat, minuman bergas, gula2 dsb

yg KENA kita makan adalah complex carbohydrate ... Contoh complex carbohydrate adalah ubi, buah2 an, sayur2an, kekacang

nasi adalah normal carbohydrate ... Jika nak berat badan turun, berhenti makan nasi. Jika sudah tak nak turun berat badan lagi dan juga tak nak berat badan naik maka time ini boleh makan nasi perang

Bella ... lauk protein yg mutia makan adalah makanan melayu ... cth clean ayam lemak cili padi dengan sayur steam atau sayur yg digoreng ngan coconut oil ... all clean. Ayam kari dan sweet potato dan steam bayam.
