saya pun dah letak deposit utk 20X75....

mula2 saya guna loan bank sbb saya tak sah jawatan lagi....tetiba dlm minggu lepas sijil induksi dah kuar....kawan saya bgtau kalo sijil dah kuar...nak sah jawatan tu amik masa dlm 2-3 bulan...ye ke? >>>org yg keje gomen tolong kompomkan....

pas dah tau tu...saya call developer tu mintak tangguh...sbb nak tunggu sah jawatan...nasib baik die memahami...die cakap ok..die tunggu....bole la guna loan gomen...

mass...nak tanya...ok ke kawasan tu? saya mula2 berbelah bahagi jugak nak beli kat tmn harmoni tu...sbb rasa mcm jauh ke dlm sket...pas tu jln ke bangi tu mcm...tak bape elok sket....tapi rasanya bile siap umah kat semi-D kat depan tu...may be jln ok kot....

ha ah.. jln nak ke bangi tuh macam tak menarik sangat... tp mungkin nanti jalan tuh naik taraf kot... lagi pun rumah tu free hold.. tp takde showhouse kan,...

saya g tgk...imagine sendiri je...sbb kalo tgk masa die tgh bina tu mmg la tak menarik...tak plaster lagi....nampak batu bata je.....terpaksa la imagine sendiri...kasi nampak cantek...

developer tu cakap dlm 2-3 bulan lagi siap showhouse....tapi kalo tunggu showhouse siap baru nak beli..alamat habis laaaaa........

nie mass cakap terus terang yer...... tapi rasanye mana2 taman pun ade masalah nie..

secara keseluruhannya ok.... majoriti yg beli ( fasa sebelum tu....melayu) kecuali semi d & bungalow... tapi setakat ni telah berlaku beberapa kejadiaan tak baik iaitu pecah rumah... w/pun ade guard..tapi paham2 jelah.... guard tu bukanya bleh harap sangat.... namun begitu satu jawatankuasa taman telah dibentuk ...hasilnye setiap rumah harus berjaga malam.... seminggu sekali jer.. begitu juga ngan taman harmoni lama (yg kat area surau tu).... masing menubuhkan pasukan jaga malam...

yg sedihnya.... ader gaks penduduk yg tak makan saman.... pentingkan diri...tak nak turut serta....alasan kena kerja... tapi dorang tak fikir...orang lain pun cam tu gaks..

selain masalah diatas.... tak de masalah lain... dr segi developer.... w/pun kecik...tapi dorang ok... mass dapat umah tu awal 8 bulan...kira x cukup 2 tahun...

ikut pengalaman mass.... developer memang tak hias cantik cam projek lain.... kosong jer.... tapi sebab fikirkan harga yg affordable.... mass beli gaks..w/pun designnye tak seCun projek kat BBB.... bayangkan jelah.... masa mass beli... intermediate lot utk size 22x80 harga baru 179k.... sekarang mane dapat rega tu.... .. nak kata jauh.... tak jugak..... lebih kurang cam projek alam sari yg baru launch tu... tapi tgk harganye... jauh berbeza....

bestnye mass sempat beli yag 22X80 tu....dgn harga itu....saya baru nak beli....baru bagi deposit....itu pun 20X75...harga 228k plak tu...aduh....cepat tul harga umah naik.....kalo tangguh lagi alamatnye tak beli umah laa....

mass dah duduk la kirenye ekkk....hhmm...yg 22X80 ni yg kat mana ek? atas bukit tu ke?

yup.... baris paling atas... betul2 depan taman permainan.... mass pindah bulan 3 tahun nie...

semalam mass gi tgk umah yg tgh buat... yg 20x75... dapur fully extend.... memang cantik... w/pun mahal tapi kalu fikir cost extend pun puluh ribu gak.... cam mass.. kalu nak extend 15' belakang tu..... rm45k... untuk setingkat je tau... so, rm228k tu mass rasa ok....

harap2 awak jadi beli kat situ... kat fasa atas nie ader gaks india & cina... cuma tak ramai.... tapi sporting... masa mass buat open house dorang datang jer.... kalu jaga malam pun dorang join.... kira ok ler...

nak tanya sapa tau pasal saujana prima kajang..sevey2 umah kat situ..ada ejen ofer 215 000..memula diakata 220 000..215 000  tu tak nego habis2an lagi..ok ke amek ngan ejen..

kalo aku, aku wat retaining wall cecantikk buh batu bata yg cun-cun tu
pastu wat kolam style bali tu buh ikan patin (muahahahaha) watla cam air pancut ker hapa ke kat wall tu

tapi at least kena ada cost renovation tu makan 10-20 riban gakle
