According to Tolle ni, kita kena enjoy the moment. Sll kita ckp abis keje dulu br enjoy, so akibatnya ms keje kita sll miserable. Tapi Tolle kata, enjoy the moment even though you're working. So hidup kita sentiasa happy, x perlu tunggu habis keje atau selesai mslh baru nak happy. Tp bukan enjoy x buat keje langsung la hehehe |

This is good...saya pun sedang aplikasi perkara ni...early this year i had medical abortion,after a week dah start kerja semula,dengan kerja kat rumah lagi...so i jadi stress...after consulted by my sister baru la i ambik pendekatan buat yg mana mampu and buat sikit2...for example i suruh suami bawak anak2 g jalan2 hari Ahad from 2pm until 5pm sebab i nak lipat kain sambil tgk NCIS...i am happy sebab kerja siap..its sort of my me time la.. i am so anticipated for sunday nowdays |

Kalau ikutkan busy dan letih, tak pakai baju dalam le aku nanti. Iols basuh malam malam pastu sidai pastu dah siang jemur. Baju dalam iols basuh tangan jugak. Yg lain tu kalau busy sangat sangat sangat iols hantar dobi. Meols x suka bau dobi tapi nak buay camna. |

Yup.. live in the moment. Enjoy each and every moment while its still there to enjoy. You'll never know when its over and eventually becomes just a memory. Youre gonna miss it but sadly, you'll never have it back.
Similiar things may happen in the future, but they wont be exactly the same |
