Sorry dh terpost.belum habis soalan. Aku tak tahu board mana sebenarnya patut aku post soalan ni. Ada x sape2 yg boleh bg cdgn dan pendapat.. sbnrnya aku ada plan nk bina rumah sewa 2 pintu.. so aku nk mintak pendapat yg arif pasal keluasan bilik, keluasan dapur, ruang tamu n spec yg basic.. dgn kos yg plg minima tapi still selesa.. kalau ada sesiapa yg boleh bg pandangan.. rumah min nak 2 bilik , 2 bilik air.. keluasan dlm 20x 30.. tq in advance |

Depa bole buat 3 bilik..
Keluasan untuk bilik tidur
Utama 15x9 yg ni ada bilik air
Bilik 2 & 3 9x8 ok ke.. |

Utama 15x9 yg ni ada bilik air
Bilik 2 & 3 9x8 ok ke..
Kalau 2 bilik boleh dpt saiz besar sikit.. bilik utama 15x 10 ada toilet
