Kalau kena bond ngan company?

Anyone kat sini penah experience/ or tgh bond by your company? Logically, whoever break the agreement, needs to pay back the company, tp kalau kita x bayar, wat happen? |

me got little xperience la..
running from prev job..
one of kolej swasta somewhere in selangor..
in agreement dia ckp kena anto 3 months resignation letter baru bole left the kompeni..
but prev me pun ramai yg bagi short notice..
ader tu dapat gaji je trus blah..
kolej kecik..
but cecita ceo nyer beso..
nk anjur itu ini sume kerah tenaga pengajar..
gaji kasi ciput jer..
mine ajor stud a-level, credit hour 23 per week.. gaji rm1800 jer..
tu yg tak tolak kwsp lagi..
so ble dpt peluang lain me blah ar..
but dia anto surat lawyer..
suruh settle in lieu for another 2 months nyer gaji..
a few of us gak la yg kena saman..
me buat tak tau jer..
d rest pun camtu gk..
ntah la..
kalo ikut Islamic rule..
mana bole dia buat camtu..
if i bayo gk..
duit tu dah dikira riba..
even lepas i blah..
within a week dia dh dapt pengganti..
so kompeni tak rugi pape pun..
tu cite 3 tahun lepas..
kolej tu still idup..
dengar dapat bnyk lg student..
gud for them then.. |

Tulah..so kesimpulannye bila dapat surat lawyer tu kita buat x tahu jerlah kan? |

i break the bond dgn company.. i'm paying monthly for it. kalau tak bayar, they have the right to claim the monies from me la... via letter of demand.. kalau ignore, then they can take legal action (saman). |

sorry i dun quite get it... kenapa dikira riba? btw masa sign agreement dulu dah dikira berjanji untuk bayar in lieu of the non-service... so it's clear cut that u are obliged to make payment for breaching the agreement (mungkir janji kot they call it in bm). |

Boleh je kalau nak buat tak tahu...sampai surat lawyer yg kesekian kali.
Rasanya lepas 3 kali antor surat, surat ke 4...the color change!
That is when you want to take precaution.
I suggest you reread your contract.
Every action and reaction should be based on it.
But the most severe consequenses is just you and your company lashing tongue in
the Industrial Court.
Nothing fancy.
Just like in the TV series Judging Amy.
Just be prepared ya...

that's what I'm thinking of too. Another thing is, do my company has so much money to pay lawyer just to charge me for not paying the <5k amount of penalty? Wallahaualam kan.

tengok gk company yg u keje la..
kalo company besor..
mau dia cari sampai ke lubang cacing..
kalo compeni kecik..
baik dia cari org lain yg betul2 nk keje tuh..
dari dia g turun naik court tuk saman..
well, rasanye mcm tu lah.. |
