hey guys...modem aku disconnect every few minutes n aku kena restart comp kalau nak online semula..ader sesiapa yg pernah mengalami prob ni?  n  better still, ader  sesiapa  yg tau camne nak betulkan prob nih? thanx..

yeah...pakai streamyx 512 mb nyer package..

saye pernah ada masalah ngan steamyx gak...sbb connectionnye jarang dapat..

restart comp?? pernah try restart (off then on balik power) modem streamyx tu dak sebelum restart comp? one more thing ada pakai router ke? yg selalu problem part2 ni je kalau streamyx. kalau ada member pakai streamyx why not pinjam and test guna modem dia je..

haku dah check..prob bkn ngan modem..org streamyx dtg tgk dier kate punca dier windows @ motherboard..baru reformat comp td, it's still the same..so, tinggal tuka motherboard la pasni..aiseh..xde cara lain ke ah?

cuba ko check  lampu led  dsl,ppp,eth semua x berkelip terutama dsl. kalo semua stable ko pegi ke no 2.

kalo problem tu jadi cuba  restart modem , tgk boleh connect balik tak? komputer takyah restart.camner ko connect streamyx ko? ko dial dulu ker atau on modem trus online?(router).

2.
kalo problem tu jadi. ko xyah restart modem atau pc, ko pegi kat start - run pastu ko taip cmd,kluar dos prompt ko taip ipconfig. ko tgk kat situ dier tulis Ethernet adapter local area connection , pastu ader tulis default gateway. Ko amik no tulis ko tulis kat dos prompt camni = ping 192.168.x.x (192.168.x.x no gateway)

ko tengok dekat ping tu dier nyer no utk minimun, maximum, average

rasanya tu le kot. kalau org streamyx dah datang dan kata modem ok mayb betui la tuh komp sedara yg prob. ada test kat ngan pc lain ke? takpun tukar kabel/NIC kad tu.

err...network card tu sama ke ngan LAN card? kalau sama then aku baru je tukar yg baru aritu..tu pon org streamyx tu gak yg syorkan..

network kad ni jarang rosak, kecuali kalo lampu dia padam, tak nyala2 tu mungkin la kot.
tapi biasa kalo OS atau windows leh detect hardware tu, reinstall je driver dia, dah bleh pakai balik dah.

aku dah cuba cam Xscape_War cakap..min, max, average sumer pon aku dapat 0ms...so, wat's the next step? n yeah, aku dah try on/off modem, no difference..kena restart comp baru leh online balik..

try use different network cable (yang connect your network card to the modem). if same issue, try use different computer (ask a friend who has laptop ke, etc.). if same issue, then there's a possibility that the network port on your modem is having an issue (since connection from the modem to your isp has no problem) - you need to replace the modem.

macam physical problem je neh...

1- check UTP cable

2- try modem cap lain, pinjam kawan ko nye ke

3- buat auto-connect

sama la tu... hang cuba tukar network card ni ke PCI slot yang lain... mgkin slot yang sekarang ni ada prob...
