Camne nak naik kan berat badan?

Allloooo pakar2 perubatan semua...

Aku ni ade problem dgn berat badan sket. Aku male/28thn dah kawin and dah ade anak, tapi berat badan aku cuma 54kg jer. Semua cakap aku ni dah mcm jerangkung/kurus kedenking(betul ke ayat ni???).

So far aku mkn x de problem tp mungkin stock perut aku kecik, mkn pun sket je ler...

Sesiapa yg ade advise. Please help...

Workout in a gym. Talk to the instructor to give you a training program.
Eat 5 small meals a day. Each meals must be rich in protein. Protein builds muscles.
You should see your weight going up.

Cara makan macam nie akan mengemukkan badan (menambahkan lemak badan).
Kita tidak perlu karbo sebelum tidur. Karbo yg tidak digunakan atau yg berlebihan akan bertukar jadi lemak badan.

tumpang dua kaki eak..
mcm aku.. perempuan.. mmg aku kurus.. berat aku 46kg.. tinggi 59cm. Aku mmg mkn bnyk.. nasi paling minimum 2x sehari.. skali amik mmg dlm amount yg bnyk. Org tngk pun akn terkejut. Tp aku x de masalah cacing tau..   

Got any idea fren...

Cuba makan makanan yg kaya dgn protein seperti telur, daging, ayam dan ikan.
Protein membina muscles. Nasi tu karbo, ia bagi tenaga.

contoh menu utk tambah berat

breakfast
3 keping roti whole grain
2 biji telur digoreng dengan 1 sudu besar minyak
1/2 cawan baked beans
1 cawan susu low fat

snack
protein shake(spt Herbalife Milkshake)/ weight gain shake

lunch
1 ketul ayam kari + sedikit tempeh / 3-4 ekor udang ..etc..
1 cawan sayur campur
1 1/2 cawan nasi

snack
protein shake / weight gain shake
bebuahan

dinner
grilled chicken chop
no fries, tapi gantikan dengan mixed veggies
butter bread without the butter.. (kalu nak butter, less butter ya?)

supper
1 cup hot milk
1 cup fruits

~ nak cuba Herbalife Milkshake? bleh bgtau saya...

makan banyak2.makan yg fattening aje. makan tido makan tido. gerenti tak sampai sebulan memang akan gemok lah!

kau kena makan banyak good food.
gain weight, not the fat.

contoh pemakanan

breakfast -
3 keping roti whole grain
1 tsp reduced fat margarine (beli yang high quality n 0 transfat)
1 tbsp natural peanut butter ( natural peanut butter - no sugar)
1 biji buah jambu
1 gelas low fat milk atau protein shake

snack
1 cup bubur oats.. (rolled oats minum dengan susu)

lunch
1 healthy serving of nasi ayam
(2 ketul besar ayam tanpa kulit, skim the fat from the soup, 1 cup sayur)

snack
1 keping roti whole grain
2 biji reduced fat hotdog - goreng dalam minyak canola..
garnish dengan salad

dinner
2 cup whole wheat spaghetti
eat with cheese sauce ( use low fat / part skim mozzarela  n low fat milk..)
put lots of fresh broccolies dalam tu. dalam 1-2 cups
taruk lah lean meat loaf... stim kan, then potong halus2, tabur atas spageti tu..

supper
1 glass of milk... atau weight gainer shake tu lah..


exercise pulak

do sculpting exercises.
no need to go to the gym.. beli dumbell set cukup
buat 3-4x seminggu of WEIGHT TRAINING
buat 1-2x seminggu of CARDIO

cardio - berlari.. jalan2.. netball..badminton etc..
weight training - angkat berat da...


if u use dumbell
pakai yang u boleh angkat dalam 10reps x 3 set (beginner)

Hi luvly_eone,

Kalau seseorang tu susah nak tambahkan berat itu kerana badannya tak dapat absorb nutrition yang di makan.

Setakat makan banyak pun tak guna, sebab ia akan jadi minyak dalam badan, ini tak baik untuk jantung.

Kawan saya ada cuba produt Herbalife dan dia tambah 5Kg dalam 3 bulan.

Saya pun boleh tolong buat Wellness Evaluation utk lebih tahu tentang badan kita.

sy juga mengalami kesukaran menambah berat bdn..turun berat badan mmg senang gile..sy pnah cube minum weight gain..tp x berhasil juga..cuma sy blom try menu yg diorg suggest kat atas tu..mase blaja dlu sy pnah je buat mkn tido..mkn tido..tp mmg x berhasil..cume skrg sy mkn mmg ikut time..and pegi gym(just main basikal yg turun naik bkan basikal kayuh2)..phm ke ni?hehe..any suggestion x?berat sy 35kg and tinggi 160cm...mmg underweight yg teramat..sy bkan jenis diet2..mkn je selg bleh..HELP ME...

aku pon kuwus gak.. minggu lepas naik 2kg.. nak tau sebab ape??? sbb aku keje malam..so melantak la malam2.. hahahhaah

kawan liz syorkan makan multivitamin Pharmaton .. 4 hari dah makan.. asyik nak melantak jer. badan pun sihat.. sampai malam pun tak tido.. asyik nak berjaga .. walla
