Minuman apa yg high calcium?

hi, hope soalan nih sesuai utk thread nih. saya mengalami masalah tulang belakang, dan dinasihatkan supaya minum minuman yg tinggi kalsium seperti horlicks...
saya selalu amalkan minum milo..antara milo dan horlicks, mana lebih tinggi kandungan kalsium nye? atau ada cadangan minuman yg lain..

if u compare both two, i might say horlicks kot...but, actually, susu la plg byk calcium...why dun u try minum susu...n mkn dairy product...cheese n all...
n now, kan ade dah byk product susu yg mmg khas utk tulang...all those anlene la imulin la...heheh...aku pn dah confuse name2 tu dah.... 爐api,爉mg爏usu爐uh燽yk爇alsium爈a...
kalo ade org yg ade prob nk minum susu, normally amek pil calcium...pastuh, kalo tak salah, even though u dah ade intake calsium yg cukup, tapi takde vit.d, tak bg efek la...so, u must haf enuf supply of vit.d to0...kalo tak silap la, utk absorb tat calcium, kene pakai vit.d....adeh la...sume mende2 basic camneh pn aku dah lupe.... hehe...hope tat'll help... |

errr, sy takde masalah nak minum susu..tp takut plak badan cepat naik bila minum susu byk.... |

minum susu utk tulang tu .. mcm anlene, (ada beberapa lagi tak ingat la pulak malam2 ni) .. high in calcium but low in fat. |

You have to drink tons of milk to get all the calcium you need. We need about 1-2g of calcium daily. Calcium works in synergy with magnesium and vit D. The ratio of Cal and Mag is 2:1, 1000mg Cal and 500mg Mag.
Choose a supplement that consists Cal, Mag and Vit D. Calcium must come from Citrate form. Don't buy Carbonate form as the absortion of carbonate is low. Most of the milk and other beverages are fortified with calcium carbonate because it is cheap. Calcium carbonate is actually chalk, you can get at Batu Caves. |

yerps minuman yogurt tuh pun bleh.. yg low fat tuh.. junior aku die ade masalah tulang... aku pun tk paham sgt tp tulang die ade serpihan yg mmg tk cukup since lahir lagi.. dr. nasihat suh amik calcium manyak2... smntara nk tunggu die membesar utk wat operation...so tiap2 minggu mesti tmbah stok air yogurt die.. |

Susu2 yg advertise high calcium sebenarnya dia orang tambah pil calcium kedalam susu. Sebab tu bila kita buat susu yg high calcium nampak putih2 terapung kat tepi cawan. So better ambil pil calcium...dos nya pun boleh kita kawal. |

minum hi-lo or HL. harganya around 3.99. amalkan setiap pagi... kalo nak variety beli yang coklat flavor... hedd setiap hari minum susu segar ni...hedd slalu sakit sakit balakang... maybe sbb pasal tulang... tapi bile amalkan minum susu segar, sakit balakng dah kurang. |

horlicks n milo?? well well.. dont drink those too much because they contain loads of sugar. drink plain milk instead.. skimmed or low fat. eat with cereal pun boleh.
belilah yang calcium enriched. buy low fat n low sugar soy milk pun boleh.. make sure it is enriched.. kocak dulu sebelum minum. vitamin d tu.. kat telur ada vitamin d..ikan kembung, mackerel pun ada.. mushrooms.. pastu tuna sardin pun ada vitamin d.. ikan keli / sembilang pun ada.. no need to worry if you tak cukup vitamin d... pepagi u jalan2lah..10 minit.. ada vitamin d juga. selain dari tu .. diet yogurt..pun okay.. low fat cheeses.. source of good calsium.. sayur2 pun ada calsium juga.. seperti kailan, sawi, bayam (sayur2an ijau).. consume calsium everyday is good.. boleh improve bone density.. jangan terlebih pula ya? nanti sakit batu karang.. so..boleh balancekan dengan exercise.. hope this helps.. ..
tak semestinya u kena minum susu saje.. u boleh buat muffin guna susu..gantikan air.. pastu roti pun boleh gantikan air dengan susu. ye tak? nescafe tu.. guna skimmed milk utk replacekan susu manis.. roti gardenia pun tak silap i dah enriched dengan calsium n ada trace of susu dalam tu.. soooo..good luck ya???
3 serving of calsium boleh dapat daripada (pilih 3)..
1 serving cheese
1 cawan low fat milk
1 200g pot yogurt
2 keping roti enriched
1 cawan low fat soy milk - enriched
1 sos cheese low fat

dari ko minum milo, baik ko minum susu dutch lady coklat..
cam aku pun jenis tak suka minum susu biasa.. tapi bila dah 30an ni, kena jaga gak kesihatan tulang.. aku paksa diri minum at least 250ml susu sehari.. kat rumah aku sentiasa ada stok susu kotak flavour coklat, coffee & strawberry..

cuz ianya salah satu type of minerals. too much will cause protein deposit to cristalize.. so jadi le batu2an..
more over, kidney pun boleh rosak because taruk too much pressure to our kidneys.. dia nak proses memacam hal lagi kan. tapi dont worry.. so.. if u dah consume banyak calsium melalui pemakanan, tak digalakkan menambah supplement calsium dah. |
