Big or small?

Big or small firm should fresh graduate start with?

this is what I think of...

small.... able to do mroe thing and manager can focus to teach you

big..... able to learn too and jobs are specified and leran only the jobs ou work in

big or small??? average OK????

I think... better go for the big and famous company...
if you plan to move someday..this is the big advantage...u got name and experinces.

big firm streams u into the field that they need you to work on. you might lose experience in other field however you will be an expert in the field you are designated to.

small firms make you work  like a slave (ouch, a blunt description). but anyway, it makes you an all-rounder, a knowledgeable person in all aspect that you needed to be.

international firms are even better because you can have exposures from other countries' system of working and the chance to interact with other nationalities as well.

anyway, congrats on your new job!!!

yeah... I know....

thus, the manager tell me that I can swith jobs in the company...

meaning, i can switch from sales to account to marketing to engineering

yeap.. what interest me in big company is that be able to be send for training oversea
