mungkin soalan aku ini soalan bodoh tp ia adalah 1 soalan yg paling penting dlm kerjaya aku.soalannya ialah katakanlah dlm 1 pc tu ada software microsoft office,mcm mn aku nak tau microsoft office tersebut adalah version original atau pirate selain drp tgk sticker hologram atau resit pembelian?

Not necessarily...  There are cases which a valid & legit Micro$oft software that failed the Genuine Check routine.  So, best practice is to adopt a good Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in your company.  Only certain people get access to the CDs & licences & do routine inventory of all assets (PCs, Original CDs, licences etc) & even spot-checks on all PCs for unauthorized installation of programs.  This will keep out other threats such as virus, malware, spyware & such....  Esp. in bigger company that have lots of PCs.

But, U can avoid all the hassle by using Open-Source software!  Rite, kmkd?    Not many people knows that you can find an open-source software to replace any paid programs.  They might be free... but not necessarily junks.  Such as OpenOffice can open any Micro$oft Office documents, edit & save it as Office extension.
