USB print server for Canon printer?

As far as I know, not all print server can support Canon bubblejet printer. Would anyone please recommend what are the USB print servers that support bublejet printer? Thanks!  |

how many computer want to use/connect to the printer?
my office never use print server, we just share all printer within network group sharing. |

That could be a solution. But then if the PC where the printer attached is shut down, then no body can print. Another concern would be the performance of the hosting PC, if user were to send a large file for print. |

doesnt matter what brand or what type the printer is. as long as the hosting computer have enough RAM memory and good processor to run and do the printing job. of course the hosting pc must be ON or at least in standby mode (not logged on) my office are using high end computer (dual core processor and 1GB RAM) and also my office are using printer & file sharing to share large file & folders including printing to an A3 printer (canon ix4000). there are epson CX5500, cx2900, and 1 unit Fuji xerox PE220. so far so good. only sometime the printjob queue giving some delays. |
