Try this links, you can use the TM's but I think it's a bit bias.  Selalu je kasi speed yg bagus je, try the one from Singapore, Thailand etc depending on your location, get the closest server to you.  Or you can try the one from Jaring...

Then, maybe you'll want to test your line quality, cuz DSL depends heavily on it for speed & reliability.  http://www.dslreports.com/linequality.  You can even monitor your connection over a period of time.  TM memang selalu score teruk....  Do, check other services kat dslreports.com but you might have to wait a while for their free services.
