Saya baru saja resign from one of MNC kompani in KL. It is because i got these two offer from maybank and mimos. I really need your help which company have better future. Sy in IT line. Dedua pun tawarkan IT position. Saya sudah melakukan sembahyang dan memohon kepadaNya. Any employee from maybank and mimos here. Please share with me about working environment and future undertaking. Kawan kawan juga kalau boley share pengalaman...please..please...sangat2 dihargai... |

hehehe....mimos? saya ex-mimos....mula-mula pi interview beratus orang...kemudian saya sorang dapat.....iklan untuk jawatan permenant tapi bila nak sign dia tulis kontrak.....kejam betul...tapi ni dah lama dah...tahun 2001.........bonus ada (bersyarat- dia bagi dulu kemudian kalau perbendaharaan tak declare bonus kena bayar balik bulan-bulan)......tapi zaman tengku azman dulu ler....sekarang dr awang lah eh? aku tak tau sangat sekarang.....dah lama sangat tinggalkan mimos....tapi kalau ko nak jadikan mimos batu loncatan ok ler.....aku blah ajer mimos aku dapat offer tempat lain almost double walaupun aku di mimos hanya 8 bulan |

utk IT Depatment... benefit dia ok sket laaa...
=> maternity x cover
=> bonus last year 4 bulan jer ikut performance
=> kijer lebih kurang gomen
=> MBB (meeting banyak banyak) tapi issue x pernah habis
=> application ni department support.... technical outsource company yg buat...

hi...i kerja di FI tp bukan maybank....pendapat i la...maybank's core biz is of financial services, IT is considered as support dept...i dont think that u would learn much in the long run...as opposed to mimos, it is considered the national IT co...u can hv a lot more to xplore overthere...hope my 2 cents help.. |

hi...what i was trying to say is the scope of work ....IT in maybank is just a support service, there's nothing to be proud of in its IT division but u can get 4 months bonus....in MIMOS lain, iIT is iits core bis and after a few yrs in mimos u get the chance to join MNCs....long term better in MIMOs if u're looking for career progression... |

u were just like me.. dulu dpt offer from mimos and maybank(actually kumpulan maybank....opsss tak leh sebut kat mana).. lelast ako chose maybank... and to be honest ako sangat boring keje disini...miahahahah... |
