segan gak nek cerita kat sini
tapi untuk menjage kesihatan,gua kongsi gak la masalah gua ni
sejak kebelakangan ni,mase tgh buang air besar
selalu gak terjadi
keluar cecair putih seakan akan mani
dari kemaluan hadapan gua
tapi tidak dalam keaadaan menegang
keluarpun beberape titis jer
persoalannyer...
adakah itu dalam kategori air mani juger
ataupun ade masalah lain
harap dapat pandangan daripade yang lebih arif

ermm..ok..
its not painful , so i dont think it's infection or bladder stone
u r not sexually active , no history of std so unlikely STD

putih tu maksudnye putih mcm kertas atau putih mcm air putih?maksudnye putih jernih
sbb kalau air tu cair,putih jernih , mungkin sbb sphincter kat area pundi atau saluran kencing tak kuat
sphincter tu mcm lock la untuk kawasan pundi kencing
bila ada tekanan contohnyer teran masa nak buang air atau batuk ke
jadi bleh menyebabkan cecair dari dlm pundi keluar mcm kencing tapi sikit je
paham ke?hehe..sori la belit2 lidah nak citer
aper2 pon, better consult a real doctor ..
maybe they'll just say "ooo..this is nothing"
tapi takper la,better tau the real problem kan? |

mungkin sbb tu sphincter jadi lemah ..
ni bim letak gmbr supaya mantarey dpt imagine sphincter tu ape
gmbr ini untuk tujuan pemahaman je yer

ermm..check kat klinik biasa pun takpe
untuk permulaan,mintak doktor buatkan ujian air kencing -- urine dipstick
bleh detect kalau ade jangkitan,protein,or even blood dlm air kencing
kalau tak pon dr bleh buat physical examination
check ur genital area,abdominal area
