maybank ni memang tolol.
member kat forum ni pun ada sorang, kena camni jugak.
tapi bila dia tanya skali lagi, officer tu cakap, kena bawak surat pengesahan jawatan (kalau bekerja) di area tempat tinggal baru tu. sbg ganti, kot2 tak keje, sila bawak bil atau surat2 rasmi dgn alamat dan nama pemohon di print pada sampul surat tu. contohnya surat bank lain, bil astro atau lelain yg rasmi-rasmi la. sbg bukti yg ko duduk area tuh.
forumer tu dah siap pun buat akaun tahun lepas. |

peraturan mcm nie memang mengarut & menyusahkan pelanggan ajer
lagi satu kadang² mesin ATM sesak sgt, memang derang taknak kasik pon customer amik kat kaunter, wpon untuk masukkan duit...tp ini secara umum ler bukan nak tujukan kat Maybank, psl rasanya bank lain pon mcm tu

errrr........... relax....
nak buka bank yg bajet hebat mcm maybank/public bank/CIMB mmg kna deposit rm200/rm250......
dan mmg kna buka d tempat kediaman semasa atau area tempat kerja......
sbb, data akaun holder tu akan d smpan kat bank berkenaan walaupon akan sync ngan database HQ....
so, itu mmg prosedure dia pon....
dolu kawe nak open akaun maybank, kna wat appointment lg, yela... buang masa nungu....err.. maybe maybank fussy sket la..
nak buka akaun public bank pon xbyk karenah.... |

bukan tak kasi buat transaksi kat kaunter, tapi tak digalakkan.
tapi cara diorg tu mmg lahanat la.
dah la sebulan kalo lebih 3 atau 4 kali, kena cas RM0.50
pernah la aku kena kuarkan RM4,500 boss aku transfer sbb nk suh bayar deposit sewa.
bayangkan la, aku withdraw 3 kali sebab limit 1 withdraw cuma RM1,500.
tu utk kompeni. pastu aku sendiri personal punya witrhdraw cemana?
nak claim cas tu dari bos tu hal kecik le, tapi bayangkan org lain yg berniaga, kena gi deposit/withdraw 4-5 kali seminggu kat atm...
sejak kena camtu, aku gi withdraw kat kaunter je. guna buku.
beratur pun sama panjang, takde beza. tapi at least dpt duduk sambil usha kerani teller & kastemer (awek) lain... |

ini pun ade gak aku dgr org komplen...nak kuar duit sendiri bukannye pkai meps nk potong g duit..then g satu dia xde buku acc..so kalu nak recheck n updated saving mmg pkai sekeping ketas je xde buku acc ...compare RHB n others bank on da spot dpt buku acc
prosedur nk bkk acc cam kita mintak duit dia plak...bknnye nak wat loan...susah bebenorr

siot jerk..ekekekekeke....
alamak, btol ker maksimum 3-4 kali ajer sebulan lepas tu caj 50sen?
psl seminggu 2-3 kali pi ATM psl tak suka simpan duit byk² dlm wallet, tak check pon kene caj ker tak
tp penah ler dulu tak ingat CIMB ke Maybank, dah penat² beratur panjang bila sampai kaunter dia tny awak ada kad atm x
bila cakap ader dia suh amik duit kat ATM ajer
sia² ajer ingatkan nak amik kat kaunter leh update buku bank terus
last² dia tak kasik...

ermm... walaupun aku bukan maybanker, tapi as a banker, aku rasa setiap procedure tu ade reasonnya. maybe we as a normal/walk-in customer tak bole nak agak sgt or can't figure out the logic behind it, but certain aspects memang diorang terpaksa ketatkan peraturan |

di zaman serba canggih ni and manusia dah ramai yg cerdik pandai nak menipu, certain control measurements memang diambil oleh bank to safeguard its position, sometimes even with the instruction from Bank Negara.
kalau ikut pengetahuan aku, maybank is not the only bank yg mintak customer bukak akaun kat branch yg berdekatan ngan ic address
even dulu kawan aku nak buat personal loan kat bank rakyat pun, diorang taknak terima coz ade branch lain yg berdekatan ngan ic address kawan aku tu |

peraturan mostly applied on customers.
what about when there are numbers of customers but only 1 or 2 counter are active?
apa peraturan yg bank pakai dlm keadaan tu? "Customer have to wait or go to other branch" ?
CIMB are the worst. |

yg ni mungkin aku bole komen based on my knowledge, kalau ikutkan banks, or in this case maybank memang menggalakkan customer simpan duit dlm akaun. in other words, they discourage you to withdraw, sebab tu la bile kite withdraw more than 3 kali sebulan dia charge. then siap letak limit lagi how much you can withdraw.
katakan la kalau kite ikut limit tu and xnak bayar charge tu, dlm sebulan kite cume bole withdraw RM4500 je.
kenapa bank discourage kita to withdraw? coz they want to use the money for investment (normally short term). even an overnight investment pun can give them income. so, with this income la dia bayar kita interest/dividend and selebihnye dia ambik la.... |

so that we can all simpan duit bawah tilam bantal je...

rasanya dulu pernah ada pelanggan komplen kat paper
tak ingat ler bank mana
tak silap kad bank dia husband dia pegang, lepas tu masa tu kebetulan husband dia out station
jadi dia nak amik duit guna buku ler kat kaunter
penat beratur malangnya pekerja kaunter cakap takleh guna buku, kene guna kad gak
penat merayu masih gak derang tak kasik
tu psl dia komplen kat newspaper
2-3 hari lepas tu pihak bank tu balas kat paper tu balik
alasan sila hubungi semula pihak mereka
mungkin hanya salah paham
cetttt..podahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
sebagai penyedia perkhidmatan, janganlah buat peraturan yang memang menyusahkan pengguna
kata sistem canggih giler, tp itu ini tak boleh
huh....

kalau ikutkan bank cuma bole buat untung kalau a customer maintains RM750 in their account. so, basically kalau kita simpan lower than that, diorang xde untung, rugi ade la coz of the data maintenance cost
sebab tu la dia start charge macam2. and some more Bank Negara terlalu berlembut and tak control sgt pasal bank charges ni, tu yg bank suka2 ati je. |

on 2nd thought, limitations on withdrawal doesnt targeted for the amount of withdrawal.
but it is targeted for counts of withdrawal.
i'm saying so bcoz their machines (maybank atm) are only capable of distributing 30pcs of cash note (max) -
which is RM50 is the biggest note available nowadays. so 30 pcs of RM50 makes it RM1,5k doesn't it?
--- or is the machine able to give more than 30pcs but they set it to 30 pcs max? :cf: |
