Doctor...anyone?? regarding duphaston

I have irregular menstrual problem, so i susah nak tentukan tarikh kesuburan i. So smlm i dah ke HKL, and given several test like blod test, scan, and even pap-smear. So last2 doktor bg i Duphaston. Doctor bgtau soh i mkn 21 kali, then stop for 7 days, and continue again like regular cycle for 21 days and stop, for 3 month! But, yesterday I betul2 lupa nak tanya doktor kalau2 If i PREGNANT within 3 months, do i still continue with Duphaston or stop mkn? I dah tgk internet, Duphaston is more like progestron. Kalau amek waktu pregnant, most probably akan keguguran. Now i dah takut kalau2 duphaston akan ada effect if i dpt conceive. Huaaa... pls help me |

pheww..lega. thanks blackmore for the reply. Rasanya info from internet tu takleh pakai sgt. I prefer tanya doctor tp lupa lak nak tanya pasal medicine tuh.. kalau kat timeslip tu ada no phone, lama dah i call. thanks again..  |

duphaston me amik masa me bleeding 7 weeks....gyne me ckp utk stable kan hormon... dia x leh menyebabkan keguguran laaaa... kalau x nape dr bg masa me bleeding.... tp mkn duphaston ni membuatkan me muntah teruk.... |

duphaston utk prevent bleeding & utk kuatkan rahim supaya tak gugur...besanya doc bagi utk kuatkan janin bagi pt yg slalu gugur |

me pun amek duphaston n premarin untuk menstabilkan hormone..Saya mmg ada menses prob...So mmg every month kena amek duphaston n premarin untuk bagi ada period...
My gynea prescribed amek 3 days per month je...Duphaston = 3x sehari, premarin 1x sehari... |

Blackmore....nak tanya sikit...bole terangkan tak..apa maknanya hydops fetalis.....bad bersalin...but baby dh meninggal dlm perut dh 3 hari before delivered tu...doc cakap..they suspect because of hydrops fetalis..... |

My gynae gave me duphaston masa bleeding at 7 weeks to support my baby. But I went on to miscarry my baby - not because of the duphaston. |

...hydrops nie is the accumulation of fluid in the fetus...it is a serious and life threatening condition...the build up of fluid in the fetus akan menyebabkan the fetus major organs (heart...lungs...kidneys...liver...etc) menjadi rosak dan tidak dapat berfungsi...
...there are 2 types of hydrops...immune and non-immune...
...immune hydrops terjadi disebabkan oleh permasalahan rhesus dalam mengandung...apabila seorang wanita yang negatif mempunyai pasangan rhesus positif....there is a 50% kemungkinan yang anak didalam kandungan itu positif....jika anak dalam kandungan yang pertama positif sel-sel darah dari anak dapat bercampur dengan darah ibu terutama sekali semasa bersalin....sel-sel ini walaupun sedikit akan menimbulkan rangsangan dalam badan si ibu dan membentuk antibodi yang memusnahkan sel-sel darah rhesus positif baby...antibodi yang dibentuk dalam si ibu akan berkekalan (seperti juga kalau seorang itu telah dijangkiti demam campak - badannya telah membentuk antibodi yang melawan virus campak dan tidak akan dijangkiti lagi kerana antibodi yang ada ini akan mengenal virus campak pada kali yang kedua dan terus memusnahkannya..making her immune)...
...so if si ibu itu mengandung buat kali kedua dan kandungan anak itu positif juga....antibodi dari ibu akan memasuki salur darah bayi dan memusnahkan sel-sel darahnya....bayi ini akan meninggal kerana kurang darah yang menyebabkan kegagalan fungsi jantung (lemah jantung)....bila dilahirkan ia kelihatan bengkak kerana cecair berlebihan di dalam badan....
...non-immune hydrops includes all other diseases or complications that may interfere with the baby ability to manage fluid....in many cases...the cause is still unknown...some of the diseases or complications that are often associated with hydrops includes severe anemia...congenital infections (infections present at birth)...heart or lung defects...chromosomal abnormalities and birth defects...
