DONT BUY MYOB PAYROLL SOFTWARE

Dear all,
Just to share my experience with MYOB... MYOB has the payroll software that are very F**K... the service are slow... even to do upgrade for the latest EA form until today they cant settle the problem... and yet to get notice from them saying that MYOB still in process also they cant provide... what they told that the management not allow them to release any info on the EA matters... can you imagine...
Now I'm stuck with my management where I have no answer when I can provide them with the EA... it's really annoying seem like i'm the one who doing nothing.... uhh....
If any one here are using MYOB payroll software can you share your experience.. are you facing the same issue as mine.... |

Maybe you spoke to the wrong person. Perhaps you should try talking to a more senior staff in MYOB about it.

In advance, prepare more info about your version of MYOB. You could even send by snailmail a letter to them about this problem you're facing.
And about them telling you their management not allowing them to release any info on the EA matter... Perhaps they misunderstood and thought you wanted THEIR EA info.

aku tengah ada problem guna payroll ni. sebelum ni no problem. tapi lepas upgrade latest IRB ni tengah berproblem.
pengiraan tax system dengan IRB tak tally. |

masalahnya sekarang derang dah upgrade version. tapi version baru ni yang ada problem. tak tally dengan pengiraan IRB. |
