Laptop temperature macam tinggi

bacaan dari software EVEREST
CPU temparature = 50-55C baru buka sekejap,
buka satu application[mozila, mediaplayer, atau IE],  suhu CPU =63-80C
CPU fan macam stress bunyinya

HDD temperature =50-53C

(2MB L2 cache, 1.73GHz, 533MHz FSB)
intel GMA 900
60HDD
512MB DDR2

Adakah suhu laptop ini normal? kena hantar kedai repair kah?
Boleh bagi subjection ape yg saya kena buat?

kipas cooler tu bunyi bising masa open firefox/lelain program kan?  
atau tak?

kalo kejap bising kejap senyap tu maknanya kipas ko berfungsi dgn baik, billa temp tinggi baru dia spin kuat. bila idle, fan tu slow.

temperature tu naik setinggi 80, berapa lama? selama ko bukak/run program ke, atau masa launch saja? biasanya masa launch saja. lepas program dah fully open, temp akan turun balik.

apa2pun kalo temp tinggi jugak, try guna leptop cooler. most of leptop2 lama mmg ada problem overheating sampai kadang2 leptop padam masa tgh guna. so, leptop cooler adalah cara terbaik.

kalo berani, tukar kipas cooler dalam leptop tu.

kalau buka mozila cpu temperature = 60-65C biasa, bacaan Everest
buka video file cpu temperature = 65-75C

Saya tak pernah try buka untuk bersihkan habuk laptop.  

Boleh tolongkan tunjuk cara-cara nak bersihkan habuk laptop? kalau kita nak bersih sendiri.
hantar kedai computer bersihkah habuk laptop atau bersih sendiri lebih baik?
