Stop Error Screen setiap kali shut down

salam,

aku ada problem sikit dan nak mintak perndapat  setiap kali aku shutdown laptop aku ,misti ada kluar stop error screen warna biru

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space,if a driver is identified in the stop massage, disable the drive or check with the manufacturer for drive updates.  Try changing video adapters

Check with r hardware ver for any BIOS updates, Disable BIOS memory ops such as cachinor shadowing  If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computers, press F8 to start advanced startup options and then select safe mode

mintak tolong sapa sapa kat sini yang boleh tolong aku setelkan problem nie. perkara ni terjadi lepas aku buat disk defragmenter.
