James Bond moving to the Far East?

London: People in Britain fear that the production ofJames Bond films may occur in the east in Malaysia, after PinewoodStudios, which makes the super spy flicks, built a massive studiocomplex in Iskandar, near Singapore.
n fact, labour MP Gisela Stuart has suggested to business secretaryLord Mandelson to refer the expansion of Pinewood Shepperton to theCompetition Commission, in a bid to check if the plans could hamperBritain's long-term national interests.She referred to US food giant Kraft's purchase of British chocolate company Cadbury's to hint at the growing business trend.
"After what happened to Cadbury's, we must act to protect British companies and keep them in Britain," the Daily Express quoted her as saying.
She further added that the Pinewood's expansion in Malaysia was "very disturbing."
She hoped that the production house would consider building on the virtually derelict Longbridge site near Birmingham.
Stuart is supposed to meet a representative of the Pinewood board to discuss the issue.
Pinewood'sapplication to build film sets on greenbelt land near the main studiosat Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire had been rejected by a local councillast year.
Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios, set to be completein 2012, could provide more than 1,00,000 square feet of film sets,apart from creating 8,000 jobs.

pro..dpt provide beribu-ribu jobs..and maybe dpt tempias skit lar utk tingkatkan mutu kualiti filem tempatan..

con plak.. tgk pada content film yg dibuat..kalau jenis yg beromen banyak, x sesuai lar buat kat negara kita..sbb negara kita negara Islam, walaupun tu bukan filem kita tp sedikit sebanyak akan mencerminkan negara kita jugak..

x mau romen2?..in ur wet dreams...kalo ade producer mau wat blue film kt pinewood tu pun m'sia x leh wat pape..thats the price u have to pay for bringing this type of investment
