Bagaimana boleh mendapat perkerjaan yang sesuai

Saya menghantar beberapa resume kepada syarikat-syarikat, manakala, belum mendapat sebarang balasan. Saya memang sedih . Bagaimanakah boleh mendapat perkerjaan yang sesuai kepada saya? |

kan bagus klu TT gtau ttg background education, course apa, praktikal ktne, bujet nak gaji bape, stay ktne, apa minat TT, mcm2 la
sekurang2nya forumer kat cni tau la cite detail skit
blh la tolong channel kat mana2 company |

this is based on my xperience as a recruitment person yea...
kalo company beso, mmg derank akan pandang both either qualification n skill as a part of requirement... which is u mmg kena apply specified ngn apa yg u ada... tp ada juga big company laen yg bole tutup sebelah mate as long as u mmg betul2 power ngn skill yg u ada..sebab apa yg i tgk skang nie, candidate punye demand melampau sgt...laen la kalo u bebetul ada strong hand on skill... takkan la baru graduate n ada xperience as admin tp qualified in IT, bile u mtk keja u demand salary up to 70% dari ur current salary...
so pndpt i, kalo u br grad, jgn la demand terlampau sgt..sebab ramai lagi competitor laen yg mungkin lebih berpengalaman dari u n mtk gj less for what ur xpected...cuba la cari pengalaman kat mana2 company yg kecik dulu then kalo dah cukup hand on, dah ada pengalaman baru la mtk kt big company...
tp apa pon, depends pd ur luck juga...as long as jgn cepat putus asa...insya-allah...kalo dah mmg tertulis kat situ rezeki u, lambat atau cepat it's will come to u jugak..gud luck yea.... |

Kamu boleh pergi ke career fair di Mid Vally pada bulan April atau career fair di KLCC pada bulan May. Di sana, mereka akan membantu kamu mencari perkerjaan yang sesuai kepada anda. |

biasanye kite tgk pada range gaji yg company tuh offer...
let say kalo gj u skang 3.5k n company tu oper from 5-6k, so u bole mtk upkan margin till 60%..tp kalo u bebetul strong u bole demand trs ke 6k. tk kalo u tak sure brapa gj yg derang offer, biasanye u still bole up as above but then just state nego ler kalo u rs u still bole bertolak ansur..
tp biasanye kalo technical position, mmg org akan letak kaw2...kdng 100% frm current salary.. |

3K tuh is only basic @ excluded epe/socso?.. tgk juga..kalo u dah keja more then 3yrs, n ada strong skill, u bole up kan lebih lagi bergtg pd range gj yg company tuh offer. kalo u tk pasti, u nilai dr segi kemampuan u..let say u mmg bebetol strong, n u mtk plak ngn big company, u suppose bole demnd lebih dari tue...better u demand bebetul sebab once u enter, jgn rase rugi plak ngn salary yg u dah nego tuh..sebab kebanyakkan candidates, akan regrets bile dpt ada org bole dpt lebih walhal xperience tk banyak mana...uhuhuh... |

thanx...bnyk2....3k tu blm tolak epf/socso/pcb....so lps ni tau la nak letak brape dalam expected salary....hehehe......mcm mane kita nak tau range gaji utk company yg kita nak apply yek? soryla bnyk pulak tnye.....tp skrg ni tgh mengusha kerja kat tmpt lain...tu nak tau lebih skit....so tak la rugi nanti yek.. |

If u go to MNC some company dah ada salary scale....so kita tk boleh nak demand pelik2 dgn diaorg ni...
Yg comp. x de salary scale, you can ask with reasonable pay. Kalo tinggi sgt they can easily reject you. Byk lagi candidate kat luar tu...tambahan pula....this is KL or Selangor.
I ada experience keje di satu French company....Ada pompuan tu asalnyer receptionist to the company...Setelah more than 10 years keje dia dah boleh naik Asst. Manager.
Kan Senang gitur..tak yah susah2 gi belajo nak dpt degree....boleh gak dpt Asst. Mgr.
Dah tu....dia jadi macam kerek jugak kekadang sebab tak de ilmu management di dada...Bila berckp tu adalah nampak stupid nyer...English pun terabur....tapi tak pe...experience dia ok...semua ok.
Cuma dia leh keje kat situ jer lah aku nampak....
Bila aku chat ngan boss aku...He said that Asst. Manager ni kira luckylah keje kat comp. ni.
Tapi kalo saje nak try kat luar memang payah nak dapat....dgn SPM dia tu....
Aku agree jer lah which is memang betul pun..... |

pendek kata...kalo ko fresh..pastu qualification ala2 jer....bek cr je tmpt keje yang bese2 je...mcm SMI ke..apa ke...pastuh dah gain experience...baru lah juin acara melompat company...syok...demand btol2... |
