developer ade suruh amik dgn kontraktor dia utk tnb n saj
tp sy kurang setuju bila sy tye ttg d/payment tnb + service caj kontraktor tnb. kontraktor inform d/payment tnb (RM 800) + servise caj (RM 260) = RM 1060
padahal saya dah tye TNB bp utk d/payment n TNB inform baru RM 480.00 (rate utk 3 phase semi-D single storey kawsan bandar) so total should be RM 740.
TNB inform gak kalo RM 800 d/payment itu utk rumah 3 phase semi-D double storey.
byk tuh RM 300.0 mcm2 bole buat..huhuhu |
