Sri Rampai LRT station opens today
SyarikatPrasarana Negara Berhad said the Sri Rampai LRT station (KJ4), locatedbetween the Wangsa Maju and Setiawangsa stations, will be opened to thepublic today.
RapidKL rail chief operating officer Nor HassanIsmail said the Sri Rampai station had modern design with features suchas latest tactiles and directional tiles, passenger benches, surau, new signages and a covered walkway to the Desa Putra Condo-minium.
It is also equipped with escalators, elevators and closed-circuit television cameras.
RapidKLbus route U25, which now operates from Seksyen 2 Wangsa Maju to LebuhAmpang, will be extended to the Sri Rampai station, with 15 to 20minutes frequency.
The construction of the station started in1996 but was deferred in 1997 due to delayed development and lowpopulation of the surrounding area.

after a long time waiting then it's open...but u still wonder why it takes so many time to opened up the station....some said that the railway area is haunted...but that is just a rumor... anyway it will be more easy for all the people who want to go to Wangsa Walk hehe...  |

Kan bagus kalau lrt tu sampai seksyen 7 Shah Alam dan ICT, situkan pusat pendidikan dan bakal riadah waktu malam, KTM x leh harap dah lah sesak pastu jauh dari kampus pendidikan..  |
