Salam semua.saya dapat interview utk ke Malaysian sheet Glass/Pilkington kat Sg Buluh.
anybody knows the environment there?personally, i thought it was going to be tough as it's related to automotive industry.
cuma nk tau keadaan di sana as i'm a mother, so i can't afford to go back late.n i was a bit uncomfortable if there is no other female engineers there.
dh confirm that in my dept i'm going to be the only female.tp dept len i xtau la.
so pls give your views on the company if u ever worked there or is currently working there or hv friends/families there.

i dont know about the company but at my dept also hv a single female engineer. it doesnt matter since we all can corp each others

Haha am feeling a bit insecure as this company is tougher and there are more experienced engrs there than my current workplace.
My current company is still young (4 yrs)and not established as MSG.so there r a lot of fresh grads.n i hv been working here for 3 yrs since i graduated.
Moving on to a much tougher job and new environment made me feel a bit worried.n of course, as im going to be a newbie.
Still considering whether to go for the iv or not.

more tough company means more challenge and more quality u will be..

just go out form comfortable zone n welcome to war zone..

sometime not challenge job n slow environment make us 'lemau'..

btw u just got intvw invitations n not conform yet will be hire. do u think u hv enough skills n quality their need?
