Status Bumi dan Non Bumi

The property - leasehold under Master Title
1st owner - non bumi
2nd owner - bumi
Purchaser (3rd owner to be) - non bumi
I was informed by agent that the property kemungkinan dah ditukar ke bumi & tak boleh di jual ke non bumi walaupun asalnya tak dikategorikan sbg bumi lot. Betul ke? Ada sesiapa yang ada experience macam ini?
Dah cuba call pejabat tanah, jawapan macam &*%&* ... tak mesra pelanggan & informative langsung!
