Berenang....turunkan berat badan dengan sihat dan berkesan!

Siapa kats ini suka berenang?

Percaya tak, selain kita menghidupkan sunnah Rasulullah S.A.W dengan berenang, sebenarnya dapat gak sihatkan badan kita dan memecah lemak-lemak yang berkumpul.

Memang berenang ni sangat best! Masuk je dalam air, terus je badan yang tensen rasa relax!

Betul3X...dulu unit rumah kami facing swimming pool..almost everyday bwk my 2 kids pi swimming..parent kalu nk masuk dlm air sekali kena pakai proper swimming suit kalu tak Kena hambat dgn guard yg jaga situ...anak kecik lagi so sambil jaga diaorg sambil mummynya inI mengasah skill segala Jenis kuak yg dia tahu

Mula2 mcm malu2 sbb Ramai penghuni non malay dgn I ni yg bertutup litup dr kepala ke kaki tapI bila badan rasa fit & anak yg Ada asthma doc.ckp mkn better so kami happily teruskan rutin ni..

La ni dh pindah bndr lain & rumah bukan lagi unit condo insyaallah next week start balik kat pusat akuatik yg baru bukak kat sini

saya ada belajar berenang dulu, mula2 depa ajar freestyle. tapi tak pandai2.. banyak kali usaha tapi bila tolak guna kaki asik tak gerak je. last2 saya gi sendiri berenang style yang senang sket tu, apenama dia, kuak dada eh. kira bole la gerak jauh sikit sebab kuak air guna tangan, tapi kaki tolak still tak boleh pergi jauh. Gaknye kaki aku ni berat sangat ke hapa. Sekarang ni dah lama tak pergi. Lepas ni nak belajar balik lah.

yes! i setuju! i lost 3 kg seminngu selepas berenang hanya 3 kali seminggu! berenang ni membakar lemak2..then berenang ni sgt fun tak peluh2 mcm joging. bestt~~

Berenang memang byk kelebihan..selain drpd buleh membakar lemak(insyaallah)..aktiviti ni jugak fun bila dilakukan bersama2 suami&anak2..ala2 aktiviti riadah satu family gitu..

Kalu budak2 mmg senang pandai swimming dgn sendiri kalu selalu campak depa tu dlm swimming pool(anak2 sy start dr umur +- 6 bulan dgn pelampung yg sesuai & penjagaan org dewasa)
Kita yg dewasa sebenarnya pon belum terlambat amik kelas swimming..mula2 mmg kekok+malu2..tapI once you dh betul2 buleh swimming, buleh jadi gian nk g terjun kat swimming pool tu

Yang tak best, kulit jadi rentung walau sebotol ku lumur dgn sun-block lotion

aku puasa isnin, khamis...ms pregnant, berat 38kg to 45kg...skg dah maintain 40kg selepas 3bulan anaj aku ni....tk mkn minyak, tak da santan..tak de goreng2.....

i love swimming for many amazing reasons:-

1) water therapy - being in water keep me calm and stress relief....rasa tenangggg dan sejuuuuuk ajer zahir dan batin tadek rasa nak marah2 or moody watsoever.

2) all body move - ability to do more with less. when we swim, kaki, tangan, perut, peha, dada, buttock etc etc sumer ada movement. That means that every kick and every arm stroke becomes a resistance exercise. it's well known that resistance exercises are the best way to build muscle tone and strength.

3) good stretch from head to toe - when we swim, the arms move in wide arcs, the hips are engaged as the legs scissor through the water, and the head and spine twist from side to side. Plus, with every stroke, as we reach forward, we're lengthening the body, which not only makes it more efficient in the water, it also helps give us a good stretch from head to toe.

4) weight control - for every 10 minutes of swimming: the breast stroke will burn 60 calories; the backstroke torches 80; the freestyle lights up 100; and the butterfly stroke incinerates an impressive 150. it keeps me fit and energetic lps swimming.

5) asthamtic baby improved with swimming. my boy dulu selalu batuk dan selsema. eversince he learns to swim, batuk and selsema jarang2 sgt.i guess mainly because of the deep breathing that he has to when he swims.

and answer to this wud be, u never see any flabby whales dont you? hehe!

mcm ada satu jokes nie jugak lah, why are cows so huge if all they eat is just grass??? lol

betol, swimming memang terbaik untuk cure asma sebenarnya . lagi satu leh amalkan susu kambing pun dapat cure asma. hehe. dari amek gas asma, ubat doktor tu sbenarnya utk HOLD je, bukan Curing kan.  

Anak saudara saya pun asma masa kecik2 dulu, pastu gi swimming dengan dia sekali. Alhamdulilah x asma dah pastu. bleyy minum air sejuk tak batuk dah pastu. tapi x digalakkan la kannn. hehe. kena pantang gak sket minum ais neh walopon asthamtic berenang pon. tp ney dia berenti lama swimming, kekadang dengar batuk2 gak dia. .

oh ye, lagi satu, ais krim susu kambing pun....orang asma bleh makan.   akak saya asma, hari tu saya buat ais krim susu kambing dia makan habis tp x kena asthma attack pun. ehehe leh la orang asma lepas gian makn ais krim .

yang tu namanya breast stroke , kata omputih. hehe.

saya paling ske freestyle. tatau nape, rasa cam terbakar lemak2 kat lengan lalu menegangkan lengan dan mencantikkan ! haha.   tp teknik berenang ni nak kena betul sbnrnyer, walopon breast stroke , free style ke... sbb kalau pernafasan x selari dengan gerakan, memang memenatkan. if betul teknik, kurang penatnya dan cepat la jalan terbako lemak lemak di badan kita. =D

tu laaaa, memang ske swimming. tapi kalo berpanassssss.... habislaa kulitkuu~ dok jaga selama ni tetibe BURNNNNN kejap jek. ahax kekadang pakai sunblock pon x jalan. matahari lebey hebat
