macamana nak complain luggage hilang masa boarding

hi uollss,

em nk tanya pendapat sikit. sbb i x berapa ariff pasal benda benda cam ni. brother i balik dari us hari tu dia transit ke hong kong dan terus ke KLIA. masa boarding tu dia tnggu luggage x keluar keluar. so kitaorg dah wat complain kat luggage counter tu dok dlm 4 hari dapat satu bag lagi satu bag x jumpa sampai la ke hari ni. so we all dah call and write email pd MAS bhg missing luggage tu diaorg kata dah lebih 5 hari so boleh claim la. MAS pn ada email bagi form to declare value item tu sampai sekarang x der jawapan lagi. so kat mana nk shout out pd diorg ni. dah lama sangat . dah masuk sebulan dah ni. x jumpa jumpa juga. dah la bag tu byk brg baru beli katanye. baju kerja semua kat situ. so anybody can help me to redirect email for higher level tak...

Sorry to hear that..maybe u boleh call mas 1 300 88 3000, like fb mas pastu komen mengenai masalah u...ataupun guna twitter @mas ...harap dpt membantu

baru dpdt email dari MAS fwd disclaimer letter . diorg tak dapat bayar as per our claim only byar usd20.00 per kg. total value dlm bg usd2500.00 . but they only can pay usd375.00 konon dlm industry operating guidelines that the limits on the liability for baggage compensation. pas tu dia soh kita sign receipt and discharge voucher . dlm surat tu kita
1.  x boleh wat further claim
2. x boleh against pekerja diorg dan company
3. x boleh discuss, disclose ,disseminate circulate, supply or communicate with anyybody


terukkan...boleh tolong tak. nak wat cam ner ni sapa ada pengalaman boleh tolong bagi solution. saya x nk sign receipt nibecause:

1. claim dia too small
2. my item more valuable
3. syarat dia MELAMPAU..

Senang je. Pergi komplen kat press. MAS ni mmg kurang ajar lately. Kena ajar sikit. Jgn lupa hebahkan kat FB/social network & share. Ksh ajar lbh sikit

saya bersimpati dengan situasi kamu. tapi kalau itu industry standards, i.e. usd20 per kg, mungkin telah tercetak kat ticket camtu...mungkin next time, kalau  nak bawa barang berharga, digalakkan beli travel insurance.

hari tu saya balik dari us, ada stopover kat dallas-fort worth, lepas tu paris cdg. saya miss flight mas dari paris ke kl sebab plane delay lama kat DFW. so kena ambik flight air france 8 jam kemudian (nasib baik tak payah bayar tiket air france sebab american airline yang arrange kan). sampai kl, satu bag missing. check dengan mas kat sini, confirm satu beg tertinggal kat paris, akan rush next flight available, which is next day. dia hantar ke rumah.
saya memang ada beli travel insurance sebab travel lama di US (sebulan). sekarang ni nak claim dari insurance lah, walau pun tiket ganti miss flight tu already paid for dan beg tu missing for only 1 day...

Yg ramai org Msia tak faham concept insurance ni. Aku mana2 negara aku gi, aku mesti beli insurance walaupun cuma ke Bangkok & Vietnam. Buanglah sikit duit dlm RM100 atau RM200 utk beli insurance. Klu ada apa2 jd dlm perjalanan at least kita tau kita in safe hand.
