skg ni klu guna dumb bell rasa lenguh2 kat bahagian jari2 tangan..camana nk buat...kena amik calcium ...
u pakai hand glove tak masa bersenam? kalau tak pakai mmg sakit jari2 nak angkat dumb bell tu...

try buat squat or lunge.. good workout for lower part... |

i'm planning too mutia, tp bila i tanya dr or nurse kt tmpt i kejer...not advisable utk amik calcium at our age...sbb ia boleh sebabkan kidney stone...
tp i cuma guna dumbbel 3kg je

salam kak, boleh suggest x mcm mane nak elak mkn malam?
masalah sy sekarang sy bekerja waktu shif. bile mlm standby mesti rasa nak mkn. blk kerja pukul 8 sure akan amik breakfast. dlm pukul 10 @ 11 pg sy akan tdo. ni pun tengah standby keje mlm & perut dah start rase lapar.
ok ke untuk minum susu?? sbb sy addict coffee n air manis.. mase pantang dulu replace susu coklat annelin sbg air manis

Mutia pulak ... doktor pakar yg suggest ... doktor siap suggest certain brand pulak ... mutia tak minum susu lembu atau kambing (even time pregnant pun tak minum susu utk orang pregnant) ... susu make me want to vomit dan kentut non stop |

Chubby ... utk yg bekerja shift lain pulak caranya.
Kita kena makan 5-6 kali sehari. Its not about nak elak makan malam tetapi kita stop makan 4 jam sebelum tidur yg panjang. Jadi jika malam u r awake dan siang u tidur around 6-8 jam ... then you stop eating 4 hours before u sleep yg siang tue. Hhhmm faham tak maksud mutia? Harap2 clear |

Part minum susu ... there r few theory n new finding about it.
Yg mutia baca jika nak kurangkan berat badan then skip it.
But for me personally jika by drink milk boleh mencegah dari minum minuman manis ... then drink milk coz it much more better and healthier then minum minuman manis.
